This cute boutique hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. We have never experienced such hospitality. The owners are such an amazing People. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh juices, great espresso, organic eggs, selection of herbal organic tea, specialities like local thyme honey, local cheese, if one wants, the cook will make pancakes or other special thing you like. The rooms are beautifully designed with terraces and breathtaking views, it's calm and peaceful, as the hotel is composed into the rock and hidden from the winds, but still you have this panoramic sea view that calms you nerves in one minute. I really liked organic cosmetics in the bathroom, very comfy bed with selection of the pillows-higher and lower one, you can choose the one you prefer, perfect cleaning service, perfect location, we had early check-in and the owner especially called us to tell that the room is already waiting for us. We even got a present for goodbye :) I want to thank the Owners and all Staff of this beautiful place for the lovely stay, for the perfect holidays we had in their hotel. They cared for us so much, it literally felt like home :) Thank You :)

La struttura ed i suoi dettagli curati, la posizione ottima per i tramonti, il personale più che accogliente e accorto..le strepitose colazioni che ogni giorno offrono qualcosa di nuovo e prelibato. Il personale è stata la cigliegina sulla torta!

The owners where the nicest and the utmost helpful. When we requested a gluten free option for the breakfast, which was so delicious, they cme around with options.

The accommodation has an amazing view and is in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island. It’s also just a short walk from a lovely beach, which made the location even better.

What really stood out was the incredible hospitality — warm, welcoming host, made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A truly relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Oltre allo scenario meraviglioso, l’eleganza della struttura, il silenzio e la cura con cui lo staff ti accoglie

Camere sofisticate arredate con gusto e spaziose. La nostra camera organizzata su due piani è stata molto apprezzata dai bambini che avevano camera e bagno tutto per loro. Vista mare da cartolina. La struttura è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Flambouria raggiungibile a piedi scendendo dalla strada sterrata in meno di dieci minuti. Georgia la proprietaria e il suo staff si sono dimostrati molto accoglienti, nota di merito alle colazioni con prodotti locali dolci e salati e all’attenzione riguardo le preparazioni senza glutine.

The location, the view, the room, the hospitality and the breakfast. The owners were great hosts. The breakfast was delicious, changing everyday with homemade savoury and sweet dishes.

The location has absolutely amazing views, and the hotel is run by the owners themselves, who are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful! They went out of their way time and time again to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast is freshly home-cooked every day and absolutely delicious!

Such a beautiful stay in Kythnos! Georgia and Sotiris (and the staff) were so kind and welcoming, and their attention to every little detail made the stay feel extra special. You can really feel the care they put into the place. We loved it and would happily come back!

The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable and spotless clean; individually placed so that you feel as if it’s only you enjoying this unbelievable sea view while seating on the terrace.
Amazingly good breakfast, healthy and varied, modern and traditional at the same time.
Most importantly, both owners and the staff were so lovely, warm and hospitable, always available.

The entire property, including the suites and breakfast area, offers magnificent views of the sea and Flambouria Cove. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of original, healthy options made with local products and catering to all tastes and dietary needs. Freshly prepared coffee and egg dishes were made to order and served with a level of care and professionalism comparable to that of a five-star boutique hotel.

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, while both the suite and the outdoor spaces were tastefully decorated. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, always greeting guests with a warm smile. Overall, the combination of stunning views, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail made for a truly memorable stay.
