Pros:

Чисто, все в целом нормально

Cons:

Вводят в заблуждение, делая фото Марины, кажется, что я смогу ее видеть из окна, но это не так. Было очень жарко, хотелось бы какую-нибудь приветственную воду в номере, чтобы не бегать и не искать магазин. Это дёшево для владельца, но очень удобно для гостя.

A good bargain given the great location.
Pros:

Easy to find despite being located on a busy street. The location is the best thing about the property as it is very close to everything you’ll need and want to see. Check in was easy.

Cons:

The unit is a bit on the small side and has no view to speak of. So much to do in Fathiye you won’t be spending much time in your room anyways. Good for short stays and close to the Rhodes ferry.

В общем, переночевать конечно можно, но стоимость такого номера должна быть в три раза ниже.
Pros:

Расположение хорошее, рядом центральные улицы старого города, рынок, не далеко причал и марины.
Самостоятельный чекин в любое время. Хороший матрас и ночью довольно тихо, так как это дальняя от набережной и шумных баров улочка.
Погода позволяла спать с открытым окном, но на нем не было антимоскитной сетки. Есть небольшой холодильник, минимальный набор посуды, чайник.

Cons:

В апартах всё довольно низкого качества и требует ремонта:
душевая штанга сломанная - лейка слетает, крутится во все стороны и не фиксируется, в местах соединения шланга фонтаном брызжет вода. Там где должна быть дверь, она отсутствует, поэтому вода заливает весь пол. Гидрозатвор придумали в 1596 году, но тут почему-то упорно ставят примитивную гофру из которой воняет канализацией, вода в раковине не сливается. Полотенце тоже имело неприятный запах. Вентиляция сломана, аксессуары сломаны. Сейфа в шкафу - сломан и даже к шкафу не прикручен.
В чайнике плавали хлопья накипи. В номере не было питьевой воды, пришлось искать магазин, тк приехал уже ближе к полуночи.
Ламинат по всему полу с щелями, на потолке какое-то жуткое пятно. Дешевые подушки со свалявшимся наполнителем. Шумоизоляции с соседними номерами просто нет. Вы как будто живете все вместе.

A perfect stay
Pros:

Great location close to the old town and marina, very clean flat with all facilities, ideal to explore the area from. Our apartment was facing the garden with beautiful oleanders in bloom and was exceptionally quiet. Great communication with the owner, unfortunately we never got to meet them, great food recommendations. A perfect stay

Proximité avec le centre, grande salle de bain et chambre, possibilité de laisser ses bagages la journée, machine à laver fonctionnelle

1.地理位置非常好，就在费特希耶市中心，距离海边很近，出海游玩很方便
2.从巴士总站乘坐小巴到民宿也很方便
3.房间非常舒服，有厨房用具，方便煮一些简单的食物
4.房间有一个可爱的阳台，非常舒适
5.房东人超级好，是个超人，可以解决所有问题，回复非常及时
6.房间自助入住和退房，流程简单，而且费特希耶治安很好，晚上到达也不用担心安全问题

没有任何缺点，下次来费特希耶还会选择这里

spotless clean apartments in the middle of fethiye
Pros:

great apartments,30 seconds walk from the paspatur,and across the road from pasa kebap,spotless clean,great shower,big comfortable bed,little kitchenette with fridge,and kettle,enough storage space for clothes,but like everywhere,there were only 3 hangers,my friend also had an apartment in the same building,(there are 4 in total),she had a little balcony in hers,the other apartments didnt,but thats just a small gripe in the scheme of things,i would stay here again,

Cons:

more hangers in the wardrobe,the day we were leaving there was no hot water,so i had to boil the kettle and give myself a wash down,instead of a shower,which would have been great as we were travelling for 12 hours back home,the smart key,i had to call the guy who owned the apartments twice to let me in,but my fault as i went to my friends apartment along the corridor and left the key in the room,

Pros:

Отличное расположение, чисто, все необходимое есть, по просьбе хозяин быстро смог принести то, что попросили. Хозяин апартаментов очень дружелюбен, приветлив. Есть плитка, на который могли иногда что-то себе приготовить. В общем коридоре есть стиральная машинка со средством, смогли воспользоваться, плюс нам даже дали сушилку для вещей, чтобы было, где их развесить

Cons:

Из минусов можно отметить только высокую влажность, вещи не сохли 2 дня, но это больше вопрос климата и времени года, наверное.
