Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

It was said to be a room with bathroom. Bathroom was shared with other 3 rooms. Toilet was missing the seat.
Building looks old needing maintenance.
No parking place ( left car on the street)
In general not what advertised. It is an old house that rents the rooms and you can share the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
