Pros:

Хорошее расположение, отель находится недалеко от центра города. Само жилье в целом нормальное, серьезных проблем с самим номером не возникло.

Cons:

Персонал на ресепшене очень грубый. Крайне возмутило, что в отель заселяют без проверки паспортных данных — это непрофессионально и небезопасно. Также не смогли помочь с регистрацией, что очень странно для отеля. В номере был неприятный запах. Розетки возле раковины не работают, пульт от телевизора тоже барахлит. Уборка проводится только по просьбе, сами сотрудники инициативу не проявляют и не следят за чистотой в течение дня. Очень глупый сервис.
