Très appréciable grand luxe
Pros:

Il y a un parking spécialement réservé aux véhicules des clients de l’hôtel, facilement accessible. Les chambres sont réellement luxueuses, propres et bénéficient de finitions impeccables. Les équipements aquatiques sont très agréables et offrent une excellente expérience. La proximité avec le jardin botanique est également très appréciable.

Cons:

La porte de ma chambre ne se verrouillait pas. Je l’ai signalé, mais le problème n’a pas été réparé dans la matinée.

Pros:

Новый, чистый отель, где подают вкусные завтраки. Рядом пляж, ботанический сад. Расположение для наслаждения природой. Номер хороший, но отель скорее 4 звезды, но никак не 5 звезд.

Cons:

Нет высокого уровня 5 звездного отеля. Надо иметь ввиду, что от него надо ехать на машине или такси до центра Батуми , где вся жизнь. Тут вечером в округе делать нечего.

Pros:

Отель находится в прекрасном месте на Зеленом мысе, в окружении буйной растительности, прямо у входа в Батумский парк. Есть выход на общий пляж. В отеле хорошие номера, отличный завтрак и СПА зона. Уборка в номерах и в целом работа персонала удовлетворительная. Есть парковка.

Cons:

Имейте ввиду отсутствие приличных кафе и магазинов в пешей доступности. Ресторан в отеле с претензией на качество, но по факту дорогой и не вкусный. Вся городская инфраструктура вокруг отеля примерно как Анапа 90-х годов, погулять негде. Пляжи дикие с платными лежаками и двумя шашлычными.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with large, very comfortable rooms, an excellent spa, and a great breakfast.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant and the overall F&B department was rather slow and could be improved to better match the standards of a 5-star hotel.

צוות שנענה לכל בקשה שלנו
יש שקט ואווירה קסומה ורגועה
היינו מאוד מרוצים

צריך לקחת בחשבון את המיקום של המלון, הוא לא מתאים לכל אחד. במציאות עם פקקים לקח לנו 20-30 דקות לצד למרכז בטומי ולכל מיני מקומות שרצינו להגיע אליהם, צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון
