Pros:

A pleasant hotel; the walk to the sea isn't as difficult as it might seem from the map. There were no issues; it is possible to park the car under cover (if there is a free spot). Good coffee for breakfast

Pros:

The location is surprisingly connected all be-it infrequent every 34 minutes and the number is 10it take you straight batumi, you have the botanical garden to the right and the beach to the left from the 6th floor it is amazing to see if you are In the right room, just watch out the cafes nearby are pretty overpriced so if you don’t mind spending money go ahead.
The hotel has 3 types of sauna and a nice pool as well as a child play area and a outside gym of sorts a love seat is nice to relax to and listen to the sound of nature and the waves of the Black Sea, if that is your preference with family or partner although better on your balcony.
You can request wine and glasses or a cork screw but better mindful to return it

Cons:

Infrequent hot water is a little frustrating it could be because of the high season the border after summer (early September)
Over priced breakfast with limited selection and the restaurant is also overpriced but pleasant and it has more of a selection so it is up-to you to decide.
Finally the balconies although in a good place all look onto everyone so it takes some of your privacy away.

הדבר היחיד שהפריע הוא שבחרנו בסוויטה וציפינו לחלל יותר מרווח ומפנק אבל לא היה בחדר פינת ישיבה ויחסית לסוויטה היה צפוף וגם המקרר קטן מאד.
היו ימים גשומים ולא היה ניתן לצאת למרפסת ולא היה מקום לשבת
המרפסת גדולה אבל כשיושבים יש קיר אטום ולא ניתן להנות מהנוף ואפשר להוסיף מיטת שיזוף או נדנדה

Perfect place for September holidays.
Pros:

The view on the garden and the sea, the spacious room, the superb spa, the restaurant, everything was perfect for the 5 days of our stay. My mother has a sweet compliment on her birthday. Delicious breakfasts.
