Pros:

Location was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great, too. Customer service was excellent and the whole stay was just wonderful, thank you!

Alles Bestens, toll dass es Schließfächer gibt wo man das Gepäck noch eine Weile nach dem auschecken lassen kann.

Cons:

Da durch die Fenster aufgrund der Lage nicht allzu viel Licht kommt wäre eine hellere Beleuchtung schön.

Great location, pleasant stay!
Pros:

Location couldn’t be better.
Good apartment with everything we needed. Good to have aircon!

Cons:

Check in would have been a lot easier if we’d been sent information before arrival.
Pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Zimmer sehr klein, aber gut eingerichtet.

Am Morgen erstaunlich laut.
Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad (Abfluss? Hitze?).

Great little hotel in centre of town
Pros:

Hotel has only just been refitted and all was comfortable.

rundum zu empfehlen
Pros:

Top Lage.
Es waren sehr heiße Tage. Glücklicherweise gab es eine Klimaanlage, die tadellos funktionierte.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer Richtung Hauptplatz, Lärm war so gut wie nicht zu hören, weil die Fenster schallisoliert waren.
Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war auch sehr gut.

Pros:

Sehr nettes, stilvoll und modern eingerichtetes Apartment in einem wunderbar restaurierten historischen Gebäude im Herzen von Graz. Hauptplatz mit Geschäften und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür, dank hofseitiger Lage aber ruhig. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal (telefonisch late check-out am Vorabend noch bekommen), self check-in am Automat hat auch problemlos funktioniert.

Cons:

Ein wenig klein, aber für Pärchen ja kein Problem ;)

Pros:

We liked everything about it! Comfortable, calm, spacious, great location overlooking the main square – everything you need for a nice short stay!

Cons:

The only and really the only thing that was wrong – the check-in machine is incredibly irritating especially when you are arriving tired from a long trip and have to deal with annoying technology and not with a human.

Perfect stay for when you want to get right into the middle of Graz
Pros:

The location was fabulous! Right in the heart of Graz! There’s shops and restaurants so closeby!

Cons:

Be prepared to roll your luggage for 5-6 minutes or so! Car park nearby but unable to get car anywhere close to the front entry to unload.
