Great place, good location
Pros:

I loved the little kitchen area, it was nice to be able to fix a simple breakfast. The roof top terrace was very nice as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard, but the pillows were good.

Very clean, updated, nice terrace. The best place I've found at this price point. Very close to the airport.

Cons:

Although typical for places in Ecuador, no hot water for showering is always a disappointment, especially after a long day of traveling.

Nice Place in Guayaquil
Pros:

It's a nice place. A small hotel that is a five minute walk to a nice mall. Clean with AC and hot water and a comfortable bed. I had a regular room on the ground floor. I think they have apartments on the upper floors.
