Sehr schön!
Pros:

Die Ausstattung und das Design der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso die freundlichen E-Mails mit allen notwendigen Infos und dem überaus hilfreichen Hinweis auf eine kostengünstige Parkmöglichkeit.
Wir haben drei Zimmer genutzt und waren überrascht und erfreut über die jeweilige sehr individuelle Gestaltung der Räume.
Für zukünftige Mieter ist der Hinweis auf die schönen, aber sehr steilen Treppen von Belang.

Infestado de Chinches de Cama
Pros:

La ubicación buena todo lo demás pésimo

Cons:

La habitación está infestada de chinches, hay tantas que es imposible que no se hayan dado ya cuenta. Eran las 2am cuando nos dimos cuenta y solo quería irme. Que pesadilla!! he tratado de hacer una reclamación con booking, espero me devuelvan mi dinero.

Trés déçu ( n'avons pas pu utiliser la télé, accueil nul, ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un
RBnB, tout à l'avenant, pas de petit déjeuner...). Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Fab room close to beautiful Gent town and good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful house and room really close to all attractions of Gent city. Helpful host who told us of excellent underground parking very close to house and very cheap. Room decor and facilities were great and so quiet we slept really well

Hele aangename kamer, goed bed, nette en ruime badkamer met Rituals producten en fijne persoonlijke attenties. Self check - in. Dat maakte het fijn voor een niet geplande, laattijdige reservatie. Hele vlotte communicatie. Ik kom terug!

Grosses Zimmer im Wohnhaus in der Nähe der Stadt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage in der nahe des Zentrum (10 Min.)
Sehr grosses und sauberes Zimmer.
Vorabinfo von John hat gut geklappt. Tipp mit dem günstigen Parkplatz war Top.
Zimmer konnten wir bereit um 12 Uhr benutzen.

Cons:

Für reisende wäre mehr Ablageflächen wünschenswert, anstelle eines grossen Sessels am Boden.
Im Bad hatte es keinen Sichtschutz, da gegenüber ein Alterszentrum ist war die unangenehm.
Im Bad/Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für das Duschzeug.

Zentrale Lage nahe Patershol- kulinarisch somit gut angebunden
Pros:

Sehr geräumig, sehr gute zentrale Lage. Direkt am Rand des Stadtteil Patershol. Liebevoll eingerichtet, stylisch.

Cons:

Eigentlich fehlt ein Kühlschrank, wenn man hier einige Rage verbringen möchte.
Sonst aber alles in Ordnung- man sollte wissen, dass man über drei Etagen steile Treppen hinauf muss, man sollte seine Gepäcknenge etwas drosseln, wenn man hier einchecken möchte.
