乾淨 悠閒 整齊
而且價格合理
地點好 走路就能吃整條國華街
衛浴乾淨 洗澡水很強
垃圾桶很大，買很多小吃的垃圾不會像一般垃圾桶塞不下，使用體驗很好

Cons:

硬要挑的話是沒有停車位
假日停兩天海安路停車場600元
四人房椅子有點不夠坐
會有人要坐床上或地板

在炎熱的台南這是件重要的事！
房間裡有一些小點心很貼心。

Cons:

廁所垃圾桶蓋子有點髒汙。
洗澡水溫過熱，要一陣子才會下降到合適的溫度。
剛到一樓check in時一樓沒開冷氣，非常熱。

總的來說地理位置非常好，出去吃飯吃小吃很方便。缺點就是悶熱，蚊子多以上。
Pros:

房間算是寬敞，明亮乾淨。 洗澡的水壓夠強水力很大。我們訂的房型是中間價位的 有一個小客廳。地理位置算是不錯，吃吃喝喝 很方便。

Cons:

蚊子比較多，辦理住宿的時候，被叮兩包。退房的時候，小孩又被叮幾包。1樓的蚊子真的蠻多。
因為是老房子改建，有年代感。樓梯非常陡，上下樓梯的時候要非常小心。接待大廳沒有開冷氣，又是玻璃罩建築，非常悶熱。再來就是洗澡，如果要泡澡很難調水溫幾乎只有很熱的熱水出水，必須要用蓮蓬頭把冷水接過來 調整水溫。
