Only the location of the hotel is good.
The room allotted to me was 306. The AC wouldn't work at all. The room felt hot. I informed the hotel staff on two counts but nothing was done. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The shower panels are old. The furniture in the room is old & worn out. The beds are super uncomfortable.
A classic hotel,yet very clean ,organised and calm

Location is perfect ,I think is the best considering even the price .surrounded by different taste restaurants amd coffee ,money exchange ,24% super market ,and parks for walking

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. Upon arrival, I noticed that some rooms face the street, so I requested a quieter room away from the road. Although I was initially told that the hotel was fully booked, the staff kindly made arrangements to accommodate my request and managed to swap my room. I truly appreciated their effort and willingness to assist.
The hotel is not exactly in the city Centre for tourists activities, and Republic Square is approximately a 30-minute walk away. However, this was not really an issue as Yandex Go taxis are very affordable and convenient and also, I didn’t mind walking sometimes. They do have alot of restaurants around which is great.
The hotel itself is an older property, but my room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping visiting daily. Overall, I felt it offered excellent value for money with flexible cancellation policies which is awesome
If I could suggest areas for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from a little more variety and improvement. I had it just once in my 4 night stay. They also need to repair their lifts which having been working for a long time (judging from others reviews). I had to carry really heavy suitcase myself during check out from 3rd floor. Other than that, I was happy with my stay.
