It was bad
Pros:

The owner had no idea about my booking and suggested I stay at another location in Tauranga which was too fat away so I didn't stay there at all.
No refund was given

Cons:

Poor communication and unaware of my stay

The address on your Booking.com was wrong ..it was 5 ks away down a long dark overgrown driveway with a very dark house. Too scary for a single woman to go into. I want my money refunded!!

I left after one night - was meant to stay four nights.
Pros:

The Location is workable

Cons:

The cleanliness was awful - Mould in bathroom, bedding disgusting.

Worst room to rent experience ever. RIPPED OFF!
Pros:

I hated everything! Was told to wait 2 hours at the shops and was very disappointed about the whole experience. Shouldn’t be in business!

Cons:

The communication was poor the address given on booking.com was fake and the room was disguising. I didn’t sleep a wink because of the smell and the shower had mould. They Shouldn’t be allowed to rent that room at all.
