Très bon séjour, proche de la gare, ce qui m’a permis de visiter la région.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le tarif, le calme et la réactivité de nos hôtes.

Cons:

Nous avons eu très chaud certaines nuit mais cela n’est pas lié au logement qui disposait de deux ventilateurs.

Voor een paar nachten prima.
Pros:

De badkamer en het toilet waren prima in orde.
Het hotel ligt dicht bij het station, dus goed bereikbaar.
Er was een kluis aanwezig.
Goede wifi en tv ontvangst.

Cons:

De kamer stond overvol. De keukenkastjes konden maar een klein stukje open omdat er een (bed)bank, die te groot was voor deze ruimte, voor stond.
Het tweepersoonsbed was erg zacht en stond in een kleine ruimte (alleen aan 1 kant kon je naast het bed staan, verder was het hele kamertje gevuld met het bed) waar het erg benauwd was. De temperatuur in de kamer schommelde tussen de 30 en 34 graden, gelukkig stonden er waaiers. We hebben op de (bed)bank geslapen. Deze lag prima.

Uitstekend voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Locatie was ideaal voor station en metro. En dat was voor ons belangrijk. Verder prima keukentje en bedden waren okay. goed dat er waaiers op de kamer waren anders was het wel warm geweest.

Cons:

Ik zou investeren in een beter toilet. Deze kraakt of hij het ieder moment gaat begeven.

Prima als je niet teveel eisen stelt
Pros:

De locatie was perfect. Appartement was functioneel prima. Alle noodzakelijke dingen aanwezig.

Cons:

Het was nogal sober en kaal. De afvoer van de wastafel in de badkamer stonk nogal. De wc spoelde heel slecht door. Er was erg weinig bestek. Trapleuning zit los, best gevaarlijk bij zo’n steile trap. En de deurhendel van de voordeur viel er telkens af.

Good location
Pros:

Location is close to all amenities, town centre and central train station.

Cons:

Cleaniness - the apartment is in need of a deep clean and refurb.
Stairs - very narrow and very steep. Difficult to take a suitcase up and down stairs.

Nie wieder in diese Unterkunft - zumindest nicht in das Apartment 9.
Pros:

Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben perfekt. Die städtische Umgebung ist ansprechend und gepflegt. Außergewöhnlich laut war es draußen jedenfalls nicht.

Cons:

Der sogenannte "Stadtblick" hätte nur funktioniert, wenn man ein Leiter verwendet hätte. Immerhin konnte man vom Sofa aus den Himmel über Rotterdam genießen. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments ließ zu wünschen übrig - überall Staub und auf dem Sofa viele unterschiedliche lange Haare. So etwas finde ich ekelig. Das Apartment ist abgewohnt. Das Bett war verschlissen und eine Katastrophe. Im benachbarten Waschraum liefen bis in die Nacht Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockener.
