Clean, comfortable, convenient and good value for money; however, could have been so much better.
Pros:

We were visiting the Kennedy Centre and the accommodation was about 10-15 minutes drive from the Visitors Entrance on quiet roads. It was a convenient location and represented good value for money. No meals are provided or available at the accommodation although there are several restaurants nearby and a 24-hour garage at the end of the road which sells snacks and coffee etc.

Cons:

I have several minor criticisms of the property which spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay:
No bedside lights and the ceiling light was too bright to be comfortable - better suited to an operating theatre!
The internet signal was very weak.
An enormous selection of television channels (No CNN-only CNN Extra) but the Signal kept dropping so nothing was watchable for very long.
A Kurig type coffee maker is provided together with three of four coffee pods; however, if you don't like flavoured coffee (and I don't) bring your own pods.

Wonderful 1 nt stay before cruising
Pros:

Location. Very very clean. Easy to find. Quiet. Beautiful decor. Small but had all the necessities including a ice maker in the entryway, med sized fridge, microwave, wine cooler, snacks in the room, magazines to read! Beautiful bathroom. Great ceiling fan!

Cons:

Couldn't get lighting to work in the bathroom so had to leave door open and turn on bedroom light to see. Couldn't get host to answer some questions I had until the day before. Couldn't get entry code until checkin time at 3p. I'm a planner and like to know everything farther in advance but it was all ok. It was just what we needed prior to getting on a cruise the next morning.

Our stay was great. Would stay here again.
Pros:

It smelled brand new and was very nice. The owner was very nice as well.

Cons:

Just plain regular coffee would be appreciated for those who do not like flavored coffee.

Best one night stand ever.
Pros:

My second stay and just as perfect as the first. The room has everything you need plus upgraded sheets and towels, remote controlled lights and overhead fan, amazing shower, coffee and bottled water and much much more.

I was happy with my rental choice.
Pros:

Very nice, clean room and restroom. Convenient to open to lock and unlock by a code. Nice and safe place, conveniently located.

Excellent!
Pros:

It was excellent! The communication with the host was amazing, and the room was spotless. I really appreciated the room manual because there were four remotes in the room, and it explained everything clearly, which was very helpful. The room was super clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. I had a great stay! It was more spotless and prepared than some hotels (i work in hospitality) ! :)
