Pros:

From the start to end it was an amazing experience the view was mesmerizing, 10-15 minutes walk from the beach.

Wonderfully smart apartments with fantastic facilities in a prime beach location
Pros:

The apartment itself was well laid out, clean, had all the basics needed. Air con! The view was so lovely.
The pool was perfectly clean, warm and towels and shower facilities
The playgrounds, games room , mazes all aimed for the kids were great
The cafe and restaurant food downstairs was delicious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Lack of a lift, we were on second floor and with two kids we don’t travel light!
No windows that can be opened in the apartments- I understand why but did miss the fresh air

Simply excellent. Hard to find better quality in the area. Would definitely come back.
Pros:

Great position just outside of the chaos of Newquay. Breathtaking views on the ocean from the room, especially at sunset. Functional kitchenette: had everything you need for making even somewhat elaborate meals. Excellent washroom with complementary detergent and softener. Really nice pool, with time slots reserved to adults only.

Cons:

Hard to find a defect. Perhaps it’d be helpful to have a lift, especially if you are on the second floor and travelling with some luggage.
Not the hotel’s fault, but the annoying government-mandated fire doors are in the way all the time.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso per struttura e servizi, ma penalizzato da una gestione da migliorare

Il soggiorno ha superato le mie aspettative grazie a un appartamento nuovo, spazioso, pulitissimo e con una splendida vista mare. Ho apprezzato molto la posizione strategica ma tranquilla, la sicurezza del parcheggio e l'ottima area piscina. I servizi offerti sono davvero completi, compreso il pensiero gradito della lezione di padel gratuita.

Cons:

L'organizzazione del check-in autonomo è stata confusa e poco sicura: il messaggio d'istruzioni promesso non è mai arrivato, la reception era incustodita dopo le 17 e le chiavi erano lasciate in una scatola accessibile a chiunque, dato che le porte d'ingresso restano aperte. Inoltre, nonostante la conferma via messaggio, il servizio di rifacimento letto richiesto non è stato effettuato. Una struttura del genere meriterebbe un'assistenza e una cura del cliente più attente.

Pros:

It was lovely and modern.

Cons:

My only suggestion for an improvement would be that given the increasingly warm weather, an outside area for sitting-lying in the sun would be the only improvement I can think of.

Rent og innbydende med flotte fasiliteter.
Pros:

Rent, moderne rom. Godt klimaanlegg. Fantastisk treningsrom, bra basseng, god mat, tilgang på gratis vaskemaskin. Lett å parkere gratis utenfor.

Cons:

Merk at den inkluderte frokosten er begrenset til en rett, en varm drikke og en juice pr voksen. Barn kan kun velge fra barnemenyen. Det er ikke heis.

Almost perfect. No Sauna which would add value post gym.
