The setup of the hotel is quite nice, with a lot of greenery. The rooms are arranged in a way to give more privacy.

Cons:

The atmosphere is very relaxed, which was problematic at times. One of the staff seemed constantly tired, like he just woke up, with red eyes. On our first day he mixed up our food order, so one of us ended up with no food, and the other one with a double order.

We booked the "Deluxe studio", which seemed not to be used in a long time. You could feel the dust on the floor and all the surfaces. Most of the days there was a smell of a rotten egg in the room, and the toilet seat was leaking from the base onto the bathroom floor.

The other room we booked was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable.

It was disappointing to get such a "deluxe" room for such a high price. Much better value for money would be to stay in the regular rooms.

Muy mejorable la atención del personal sobretodo durante el desayuno. Muy mejorable las habitaciones (mucho ruido y muchos animales alrededor que te despiertan a media noche). Se escuchan todo el rezo como si estuviese a tu lado..

Okay stay for couple of days
Pros:

Friendly staff and it had a nice pool!

Cons:

I stayed in a shared dorm. They did not come clean the bathroom for 2 days. I had to ask it and that is the only time in 5 days they clean it. When you share a dorm bathrooms should be cleaned daily. Not even the trash was changed. Also the towels had a very bad smell. The bathroom was smelly as well.

Pros:

Hôtel très simpa avec un personnel professionnel

Cons:

Dortoir dans les bâtisses locales sans aucune isolation du bruit et très peu de pression pour se laver (toilette dans la salle de bain)

Fina bungalows med trevligt och socialt poolområde. Perfekt för dig som gillar att festa!

Cons:

Boendet hade en restaurang/bar som spelade hög partymusik från morgon till kväll (som ligger precis bredvid bungalown som inte är ljudisolerad). Boendet ligger dessutom nära moskén som har högljudda böneutrop 5 gånger/dag som varar i ca 15 min (samt böneutrop på natten). Jag checkade ut efter en natt eftersom jag inte kunde sova där. Synd!

I would not recommend this property, particularly if you are travelling alone.

I had an extremely distressing experience with the staff. I was left waiting for several hours with all my luggage and received very little assistance. What was already an unacceptable situation escalated into outright verbal abuse and discriminatory comments about my nationality.

I was shouted at and told:

“You fucking Indian — go back to your country. That’s why we don’t allow Indians to book a stay here.”

Being spoken to this way simply because I am Indian was shocking and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to experience racial or nationality-based abuse, regardless of the circumstances.

I subsequently requested a refund because, after this incident, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying at the property. Unfortunately, the property did not provide a satisfactory resolution or refund.

The location is mildly attractive and the property itself may have its positives, but none of that excuses the way a guest is treated after spending their hard earned money. I hope the management takes this seriously and investigates what happened, particularly the claim that Indians are not allowed to book a stay here.

Pros:

Der Pool war super, das Bett war gemütlich und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war lecker. Es gab vom Hotel aus Angebote für einen Rollerverleih, Schnorchel-Ausflüge und viel mehr.

Cons:

Der Boden war etwas dreckig und der Duschkopf war sehr niedrig - für große Personen etwas unpraktisch. Ebenso war der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig.
