La télévision était difficile à capter, ça pouvait prendre plusieurs minutes avant qu’elle s’ouvre. La pression de la douche est très faible et y’a des jets qui vont un peu partout… Le lit est un peu dur 😅

J’étais venu l’année dernière pour 2 nuits et j’avais payé 200-300$ (juillet ) , cette année 2 nuits 640$… ( mai ) Je trouve ça un peu cher puisque ce n’est rien de luxueux..

It was my second time, I loved staying there. I would highly recommend it.

We left a bunch of stuff in our room and when the staff checked the room before we left, they reported none of it so I guess they kept everything

Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing.

There was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals and plastic throughout the apartment, and it did not go away even after leaving the window open for several hours.

Cleanliness was a major issue. There were hairs on the towels, visible stains that did not seem properly washed out, a dirty mirror and walls, a smudged TV, hair on the bed, and a dirty refrigerator.

The soundproofing was extremely poor. I could clearly hear someone in the neighboring room speaking at a normal volume, as if they were just a few meters away.

Check-in was also inconvenient. Although it was scheduled for 3:00 PM, I only received the instructions and access codes at 3:10 PM, which felt unprofessional.

The refrigerator was placed right next to the bed and made a loud buzzing noise, making it difficult to fall asleep.

There was no trash bin in the room, which was very inconvenient.

On one of the mornings, the water pressure was extremely weak.

Additionally, since the unit is a basement, it was consistently cold inside.

I was so disappointed with the neglect l got from Van after complaining that the television in my room wasn't working. She promised to come and check it. She never sent her daughter neither did she show up. I stayed all through with no television. Also, the room was not heated. There were so much noise from the other visitors and it was difficult to sleep comfortably.
