Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly praise high cleanliness ('todo muy limpio', 'aspecto de limpieza y orden de diez', 'Mucha limpieza'), so cleanliness is rated well.
Service
1
Hosts and staff are repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful ('Los dueños muy amables', 'Great communication', 'very nice and helpful staff'), indicating strong service.
Location
1
Location is frequently praised ('muy céntrico', 'ubicación excelente', 'Great location', 'perfecto'), and parking/public parking nearby is noted.
Room Quality
1
Most comments about the room are positive (cozy, comfortable), but one review mentions a loud ventilation noise in room 3; overall a minor negative on room quality.
Amenities
1
Amenities are mixed: guests note a lack of in-room fridge (it's shared/outside) and limited on-site conveniences; parking availability is mentioned but not always ideal.
Value for Money
1
While many aspects are positive, several reviewers complain about parking logistics, short maximum paid parking times and fines (multas), which strongly detracts from perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
1
Guests generally describe a very pleasant, clean and friendly stay, but practical issues (shared fridge location, parking restrictions and fines, occasional room noise) offset positives, yielding a neutral net overall experience.
