Cons:

There was No hot water . No window . No television.Although it was advertised as having hot water and television we wanted to watch the World Cup soccer. What was even way out all of this was the manager. His attitude and arrogance after being told about this problem and being shown shown what his website was advertising on the website was of a non caring, non professional, non sympathetic one. Very disappointing!! So we left and stayed at another hotel in Granada

Breakfast included, location very central, WiFi and AC was working fine, the pool and the rooftop bar are very nice

Cons:

- Our toilet was leaking and did not flush properly
- we had some insects in the shower
- AC did work, but was incredibly noisy
- the breakfast is small and very limited, no fruits / options
- personnel was not very motivated

Lots to explore- markets, lakeside, architecture, parks.
Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful common areas. The pool is meticulously maintained. Lots of beautiful plants. Plenty of seating for guests. Our room was adequate and quiet at night. The included breakfast was good and varied a bit from 1 day to another. The upstairs bar area was a comfortable place to relax and see the Mombacho mountain.

Cons:

We’re still adjusting to the absence of a warm water shower but it is a countrywide norm.

No vayas!!!!

Nada en absoluto. Patetico.

Cons:

Fue imposible dormir la noche del viernes porque tienen una discoteca a máximo volumen y no más de 20 metros de las habitaciones. Te cuentan excusas de que se oye de otro edificio. Pagando en el momento de entrar, booking me preguntó que porque no había ido a la reserva y porque no había pagado. Siendo falsas ambas cosas. Los gestores del hotel o se descuidaron o decidieron no confirmar nuestra llegada y estancia. El desayuno el peor de los nueve hoteles que hemos estado durante nuestro viaje. El personal nada simpático .
La limpieza en la habitación deja mucho que desear.
Un desastre.
