Un séjour absolument parfait !
Tout était exceptionnel du début à la fin. L'hôtel est magnifique, très propre, confortable et idéalement situé. Le personnel est toujours souriant, professionnel et prêt à aider.
Une mention toute particulière à Kabir, un homme d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Toujours disponible pour aider, informer, conseiller et s'assurer que tout se passe parfaitement. Il a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable grâce à sa bienveillance, son professionnalisme et son attention aux détails.
Je me suis sentie accueillie comme une invitée de marque. Le service est irréprochable, l'ambiance chaleureuse et l'équipe fait tout son possible pour que les voyageurs se sentent comme chez eux.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain passage à Dushanbe.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and varied. (could have used more basic slices of bread, though). But good pastries, creative saucy for fried eggs, some lentil-type salads were all good. Enjoyed the balcony.

Cons:

Water dripped for a couple of hours from the a/c after I turned it off. Did not report it or the non-working tv remote.

Le personnel ne parle pas l'anglais, si bien c'est normal dans la plus part de pays ex-soviétiques, pour un hôtel avec beaucoup de voyageurs Internationales est incroyable.

Great boutique hotel in top location
Pros:

Very large room, like in a castle, has fridge. All was working well including wifi. Friendly staff. Good cold local breakfast included. In small side street but close to main shopping street.

Its in a very classic house with somewhat kitchy decoration.

Good value for money.

Cons:

Furniture and shower a bit old already, but that's nothing to complain.

Toplocatie met oorspronkelijke charme, rustig gelegen op directe loopafstand en centraal gelegen
Pros:

De enorme klantvriendelijkheid van hotelmanager Amon, hij is overal en direct bereid om je te helpen en mee te denken, top! De diversiteit aan kamers is aanwezig. Daarnaast zeer verrassend in de kelder een groot en fijn zwembad en overige wellness faciliteiten (sauna, haman, gym). Locatie is rustig gelegen in een oorspronkelijke wijk, wel op directe loopafstand van grote winkelstraat met alle (westerse) faciliteiten. Aanrader in Dushanbe!

Pros:

Cheguei bastante tarde e tal como prometido estavam à minha espera, fazendo um check in rápido para poder ir descansar, algo que muito apreciei.
O quarto era enorme assim como a casa de banho e tinham todas as comodidades e conforto.
As duas pessoas da receção que ali estiveram durante a minha estadia foram sempre muito simpáticas e prestáveis em tudo e perguntavam sempre se precisava de alguma coisa, o que demonstra profissionalismo e foco no cliente.
O hotel é um edifício antigo, mas está bem conservado e tem um espaço exterior que no final da tarde é relaxante e onde se pode beber uma bebida e ler um livro tranquilamente. O pequeno almoço é variado e adequado ao tipo de hotel e ao preço praticado, tendo por isso uma excelente relação qualidade preço.
Mesmo que fique numa rua que não tem bom aspeto, fica a 200 metros de uma avenida principal onde se pode encontrar todos o tipo de comércio e restaurantes para comer até tarde, e com uma caminhada de 20/25 minutos chega-se ao centro da cidade e aos locais a visitar em Dushambe.

Great place to stay. Convenient and Great staff
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful. Amon especially arranged things for us extended our SIM Card, booked another hotel when Almaz was full and was generally very helpful. The showers were hot and the rooms large. The water fountains were much appreciated
