Helt Fantastisk!
Pros:

Först och främst bemötandet! Alla i personalen hälsade på en i alla utrymmen man träffade på dem i hotellet. Trevligt , väldigt professionellt och hög service ! Hela hotellet är ett designhotell , fröjd för ögat , inredd i absolut utsökt smak Rummet var Fantastiskt, frukosten fantastisk , pool /spa :t fantastisk , gogogaga på 26 vån fantastisk, glada servitören (grekiskengelsk) var en riktig pärla , så professionell och väldigt serviceminded! Menyn var SÅ bra! Cocktailsen lika så! Hotellet levde verkligen upp till sitt rykte som Sveriges just nu Bästa hotell! Vi Kommer definitivt besöka Jacyz snart igen!

Fantastisch mooi hotel met heerlijk ontbijt, gezellige lounge en coole sfeer.
Pros:

Heel modern en chique hotel. Vanaf je het hotel binnenstapt waan je je in hogere sferen. Ondanks dat het een chique en groot hotel is, hebben ze door de inrichting het heel gezellig gemaakt. De kamers zijn ook heel mooi maar wel klein. De zwembaden zijn prachtig. Het buitenzwembad is er een Miami sfeer vind ik. En vanuit het binnenzwembad en de sauna heb je een zicht op heel de stad.

Cons:

De kamers mogen een beetje groter zijn. Heel moeilijk parkeren en duur om te parkeren.

Pros:

Fantastisk allting: snygga rum, skön säng, bra tv med Netflix, god frukost , snygg inredning överallt

Cons:

Gillade inte att spa avdelningen var mer som en klubb. Hade önskat lugnare musik och tystare samt alldeles för mycket folk där. Vi rymdes knappt i poolerna så vi badade knappt alls .

Helt okej , tycker om själva hotellet fint och frukosten var bra. Men inte så rent

Ej städat ,används strumpor på golvet , fläckar på kaklet ej rent vid toasitsen , fläck på lakanet . Vi fick inte hjälp från personalen i receptionen
