Pros:

Staff good & room clean & comfortable

Cons:

Shower was cold, tried everything but no success. Kettle didn't work, tried different plug, still didn't work

The couple things I mentioned above wouldn’t stop me staying at the Unicorn again. Rachel when arrived was very pleasant
Pros:

The location is great and room 5 which stayed in was fantastic.
Despite being part of a pub which has Indian restaurant attached to it. There was no noise and no smell, which I think is brilliant.

Cons:

The check in time on Booking.Com is 3pm, but unfortunately that isn’t the case as nobody arrived until just before 4. The other couple of things are just about detail, as there was no spoon with the complimentary tea & coffee and the plug where the kettle is didn’t work.
I’m from a hospitality background and know that sometimes those little things can be easily fixed.

The room was clean spacious and very comfortable, the Indian restaurant that was within the put was 1st class and I would highly recommend eating there

Pros:

The price!!
Just what we needed for one night. Good to have the pub & the Indian restaurant on site too.
The room looks recently refurbished. We would def stay again if the prices stay the same

Cons:

The pub was playing our music until 11pm but we did expect this

Modern clean double ensuite room with lovely views across the field.
Pros:

Really good location in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking. Lovely view over the fields. Roomy bedroom and modern ensuite. Secure access and comfy temperature.
