Modern clean double ensuite room with lovely views across the field.
Pros:

Really good location in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking. Lovely view over the fields. Roomy bedroom and modern ensuite. Secure access and comfy temperature.

Pros:

The layout of the room. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was a power cut about 7am, we couldn't shower, make a coffee and it was boiling hot because the fan switched off. Also there was nobody serving food in the kitchen, so we had to go into town for food.

Noise was terrible from rough pub below from 12 noon till 1am then for an hour outside while people waited for taxis.

Opening hours
Pros:

Facilities were good, bedroom, ensuite, kettle, tv etc,

Cons:

They advertised that they're opening from 1500hrs 3pm...as I'd told them that I would be arriving around this time. Unfortunately the staff didn't arrive til 1600hrs 4pm..to then be told that there opening hours have changed. No where was it advertised, or was informed of these hours. Would be nice to be informed.
