Excellent location. Needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

Adult only pool is a great idea.
Right on a huge beach and sea.
On site restaurant was good.

Cons:

The place is showing its age a bit.
Multiple areas that need minor repairs, but nothing overly distracting.

Sehr schönes Apartement,kurzer Weg zum öffentlichen Strand und zur Strandpromenade ins Zentrum..Freundliche Leute in Grado.

Cons:

Hohe Preise in den Ristorantes und würde keinen Fisch mehr bestellen,der nach Gewicht zu zahlen ist.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr sauber, geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Bäder . Ausreichend schöne Handtücher
Außergewöhnliche und schnelle Hilfe bei einem persönlichen Problem. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Nahe zum Strand

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Frauen daher alles gut . Bei einer Vollbelegung von 6 Personen ist ein 2 Platten Herd etwas wenig und ein Geschirrspüler wäre fein
