Cons:

La limpieza era inexistente, cambiaban las toallas y nada más. En 6 dias nunca barrieron la habitación y la cama la hicieron tres días de seis. El baño nunca lo llegaron a limpiar en esos 6 dias y si lo hicieron pues no se notó, ademas los amenities del baño eran escasos.

Cons:

Mijn verblijf was helaas minder prettig door de gebrekkige schoonmaakservice. Gedurende vier dagen is mijn kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt, terwijl ik dat wel had verwacht van een hotel. Hierdoor bleef afval liggen en werd de badkamer niet gereinigd. Ook werden de handdoeken niet vervangen; ik moest zelf naar de receptie gaan om schone handdoeken te halen. Dit vond ik erg teleurstellend en niet passend bij de service die je van een hotel mag verwachten. Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar het ontbreken van de schoonmaak heeft mijn ervaring aanzienlijk negatief beïnvloed.

Очень хороший отель, есть русскоговорящий персонал, в номере чисто и красиво, терасса с шикарным видом. Расположение очень удачное рядом трамвайная остановка и галаторорт. До Галатской башни очень близко до парома 2 остановки на трамвае. Я бы порекомендовала этот отель своим знакомым. Отель очень понравился. Спасибо!

Cons:

La limpieza, no nos hicieron el servicio de habitaciones ningún día y lo reclamamos. No cambiaban ni las toallas de los pies, te dejaban las toallas tiradas por la habitación. Por otro lado, no teníamos ni sábanas, también las solicitamos, nos entregaron unas con mal olor y utilizadas y hasta dos días después no nos dieron unas limpias.

Трябва предварително да информирате гостите, че ще ги настаните в стая без дневна светлина и свеж въздух.

Много удобна локация.

Cons:

В 2 (две) от стаите, в които бяхме настанени нямаше никаква дневна светлина и свеж въздух, защото прозорците са разположени срещу стена, която е част от някакъв отдушник от първия до последния етаж. Този своеобразен вертикален тунел е затворен със стъклен покрив. Беше като в затворническа килия.Помолихме да ни преместят, но отговориха, че нямат други свободни стаи. През една от вечерите беше изключително шумно, цяла нощ се чуваше музика.
