Tous est impeccable, j'y retournerai certainement, un personnel impeccable, a vos services à tout moment, lieu super propre, proche de tous,.... un bémol, malgré une suite,... la chambre assez petite. Un petit déjeuner merveilleux et délicieux, avec un grand choix.

I loved the location, especially because it was within walking distance of Factory Coffee, one of the best coffee shops in Bangkok. The train station was also very close, making it easy to get around. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including all kinds of eggs, and they even offered sourdough bread, which was a thoughtful option for guests with gluten sensitivity. The room was very comfortable, had all types of power outlets, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, especially the Dyson hair dryer.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Good location and facilities.
Pros:

Clean and stylish hotel with comfortable design for my 3 day stay for a seminar here. Plenty of elevators but quite scary all are glass elevators if you are afraid of height. I love Dyson hair dryer. Breakfast and lunch is very good, not more or less. The staffs are wonderful and willing to help.

Cons:

I broke one glass in the room, because the desk's drawer was stiff, the glass is a bit fragile and no one cleaning up the broken glass.

Marvellous stay in good quality new hotel
Pros:

Great location. Parking space available. Amenities are very well provided. Toilets are the best with automatic bidets. Staffs are very helpful.

Cons:

Some of the rooms were different despite same price. One example was there was a night they switched room for us as the room beside us was renovating and having some smells of paint. The room they gave us was smaller and the toilets was old fashioned with no bidet at all (not even the manual one) I initially thought I was downgraded but the manager said the price was same just the room were different since the time they constructed. Therefore they switched the room again for us.
