pésima experiencia poca colaboración del gerente, grosero y sin modales.
Cons:

Pésima experiencia: robos en la habitación y total desprotección de la gerencia Mi estancia en este hotel fue nefasta. El 14 de agosto, fuimos víctimas del robo de una cadena de oro en nuestra habitación mientras estábamos en un tour. Ese mismo día, otro huésped sufrió el robo de un anillo de oro. Al averiguar, supimos que la persona encargada de la limpieza llevaba apenas una semana trabajando en el lugar.

Lo más grave fue la actitud y la falta de colaboración de la gerencia:
Atención grosera y nula ayuda: El gerente se negó a colaborar en todo momento. Para radicar la denuncia formal en la DICRIM, la Policía de Turismo (POLITOUR) exige la presencia del personal del hotel, y ellos se negaron a acompañarnos o facilitar el trámite.
Cobros abusivos y represalias: Me cobraron $79 USD adicionales por la estancia de mi amiga sin incluir ningún tipo de servicio o suplemento. Tras reportar el robo, el trato empeoró drásticamente: dejaron de limpiar la habitación e incluso se negaron a suministrarnos papel higiénico.
No se dejen llevar por las opiniones positivas ni por la categoría del hotel. La atención es deplorable y no hay garantías de seguridad. Consejo para futuros huéspedes: No lleven ningún objeto de valor y piensen dos veces antes de hospedarse aquí.

I loved how modern, clean and spacious the property was. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. I also really enjoyed the pools, the overall aesthetic of the property and the convenient location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was great value for money. We really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping team were excellent — our room was always clean and well maintained. Gabriel at the front desk was also incredibly helpful. He gave us great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try, and was always happy to answer any questions we had. The staff were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Se parecer bom para vc que está procurando, pode fechar, é bom mesmo.
Pros:

Ótimos quartos! As fotos não fazem justiça. É bastante melhor do que aparenta.

Cons:

Falta uma manutenção preventiva. O chuveiro não escoava água de forma efetiva, e inundava o banheiro.

O que mais gostei foi o tamanho do apartamento, tinha 2 quartos grandes e confortáveis

Cons:

Apesar de ter cozinha, os utensílios eram pouquíssimos, não tinha uma panela de tamanho suficiente para fazer um macarrão… fui pedir na recepção e o funcionário falou que eu teria que comprar uma panela

Precioso. Tan bien decorado, no le falta ni un detalle. Los recepcionistas fueron un amor. Especial gracias a Ivonne, que incluso nos ayudó con el transporte a nuestra salida. Nuestra habitación era gigante, cómoda, moderna y con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Plancha, lavadora, utensilios de cocina. Todo muy limpio. Las piscinas muy bonitas y limpias también. Éramos 3 chicas y nos sentimos seguras en todo momento.

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Personal top! Lage aber das ist die ganze Punta cana so, hmm. Überall nur Zäune und Resort-A

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren nicht so gut gedämmt und es war ziemlich hellhörig.
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach zwischen den Resort-Anlagen. Fußgängig lässt sich da kaum was machen.
