酒店很干净，有多个露天泳池，门卫非常棒，主动帮忙解决问题，比大堂经理好多了

Cons:

前台接待和负责查房的服务人员对业务一窍不通，前台接待完全不知道如何操作 booking 平台，服务人员更是连酒店房间在哪都搞不清楚，退房时苦等了半小时才完成，而且是在我们明确告知要赶飞机的情况下
