Categories

Cleanliness
8
Guests frequently mention cleanliness (several reviews explicitly praise it), but there are sporadic maintenance/cleaning issues reported (spider webs at windows, slightly worn finishes, swollen bathroom door bottoms) that lower the score slightly.
Service
9.3
Consistently positive comments about very friendly, helpful staff — smooth handling of problems (room change, upgrade, refund) and a warm reception justify a strong score.
Location
9.5
Multiple reviews highlight an excellent location (near Experimenta, Neckar/Rhein, close to city centre and station) — clearly a major strength of the hotel.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are generally comfortable and described as adequate, but several guests report negatives: small rooms, ineffective/noisy air conditioning, hairdryer and TV faults, shower not closing properly and some wear — overall mixed with maintenance concerns.
Amenities
8.9
Good amenities noted (relaxation areas, bar, on-site parking handled via adjacent parking garage), but missing in-room conveniences (no mini-fridge, no free daily bottled water) slightly reduce the score.
Value for Money
7.8
Value is mixed: several guests appreciated service and location and received fair handling of issues (refunds/upgrades), but complaints about high drink prices and paid parking lower perceived value for some visitors.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast receives very positive feedback ('top') and the hotel offers pleasant bar/relaxation areas; lacking in-room refrigeration/water is a minor negative but overall F&B is a strength.
Overall Experience
8.7
Overall impressions are positive: many guests report pleasant stays and recommend the hotel, driven by location and staff; maintenance, noise and some room faults temper the top score slightly.

Pros:

Lokalita ubytování je super, hned vedle hotelu je parkovací garáž. Pokoje jsou prostorné, čišté a pohodlné.

Cons:

Teplá část snídaňového bufetu byla dost chudá na výběr a míchaná vajíčka byla nejhorší co jsem v životě jedl.
