Nous avons passé bon séjour, propre, confortable, a proximité du centre ville, personnels compréhensifs et bienveillants !! Petit déjeuner copieux !
Je recommande !
There was no toilet brush. Which is very weird.. And the usb in the walls didnt work properly.
God beliggenhed tæt på centrum. Lidt larm fra nærliggende pubber m.v., men ikke noget der generede. Meget flink og serviceminded personale.
We stayed for the weekend, couldn't fault anything. The staff especially Dan, Tier Susan Jordan the manager they were lovely and helpfull, couldn't do enough for us.
Room was lovely and clean. Food was great. Definitely come again
Very clean and welcoming.. Enough condiments and essentials. Keep up the good work. The extra pillows were a dream and very comfortable
It is the best premier inn I have ever stayed in. The lady with fair hair and the gentleman who were in reception on Saturday and Sunday evening (22-23/11) were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location could not have been better. I was very impressed and very happy with everything.
Very poor pillows that were very hard, and they stopped me from sleeping. The food service was poor, and the food was overcooked.
Great hotel and staff , huge shout out to Tia who is an absolute star and credit to Premier Inn . Could not do enough for us during our stay
Raji was fantastic. I needed to alter my booking for a business trip and she was so polite and helpful and I was able to get full refund on the booking that I no longer needed. What a star!
Ideal location so close to Birmingham New Street Station and the Priory Rooms where my meeting was being held. I had a gorgeous view over the Christmas Market which helped me feel right at home. The hotel room was clean, the bed comfortable, a bath plus powerful shower and there was even a small Christmassy pin badge left to 'get you in the spirit' - a very nice touch.
When I arrived, sadly one of the staff members, (I think called Pauline), was handling a very difficult customer who was kicking up a fuss about the check-in machines being broken and a small (but fixable) admin error that had occurred. Pauline remained professional, reminding the customer that no one comes to work to be shouted at and also proceeded to check me in efficiently and kindly. I wish Pauline well and hope her hard work and professionalism is recognised - and that she is aware of the multiple other customers who are grateful for her.
To all other customers, who may stay at this Premier Inn or not, I urge everyone to be kind and maintain perspective. There are a lot of things wrong with this world, but a minor check-in delay is not even in my top 100.
Brilliant nights stay fabulous food in wacky next door. Amazing cooked breakfast. Staff very helpful comfy beds & lovely & clean. We will certainly book there again.
Staff were very good, room was as you would expect but at £123 on the pricy side.
My main issue was when I arrived at 17.45 after a long drive I asked if I needed to book to eat. I was told earliest I could eat was 8.30 as they were busy. I asked if there was anything nearby and was told there is nothing really in walking distance so I had to get an uber.
At breakfast next day I could see what I think the issue was....for a hotel this size an amazingly small kitchen which I think would struggle with a large amount of customers.
Noisy room, didn't sleep well due to lorries reversing beepers, bottle bins being emptied very early, not good... breakfast: mushrooms cold, black pudding cremated and poor quality sausages.....
I spend most of my working week working away from home staying at premiere inn hotels all over the country, and can honestly say I have never been felt more welcome than with the staff at Birmingham Central Aston .
Tia,Amira and Fern were absolutely first class in making sure all aspects of my stay were adhered to and are a credit to premiere inn. I would definately recommending the premiere inn Aston hotel to other companies if working in and around the Birmingham area.
Atmosphere was very good and welcoming.
The staff was amazing and very helpful and nice and friendly to us. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they made our stay very comfortable.
Hotel is in a handy location on the edge of the city and Tia was very helpful on reception on arrival and answering any questions we had.
Stay here for 1 night, booked two rooms and arrived early and asked for rooms next to each other which they said they would accommodate. Hotel is about 20 minute walk into town. Hotel has parking which was charged at £8.50 a night. We came back later in the day to check in and were given rooms on different floors even though we had arranged in the morning. This was sorted and we ended up on the same floor but not next to each other.
Staff were ok . No one went above and beyond. Ordered food and it was a 45 min wait for a pizza the restaurant wasn’t that busy.
Rooms were warm but had to use air con so no issue.
Overall hotel is ok a little too far for me outside of the city. But fine for an overnight stay .
Room was clean. Price reasonable. Staff was courteous.
Very good overall
Only gripe is I have medication which has to be stored in fridge which was provided
However I need to freeze pouch to put in cooler bag to take medication home
Luckily I had a friend who lived locally to store it in freezer
I have stayed at many hotels and they all have freezers available to store the pouch and I was dismayed to hear that this hotel had hasn’t even heard of this and refused to store it in freezer as it may contaminate food
I thought a clean plastic bag would resolve this but they would not budge
Stayed here after a night out in Birmingham.
Perfect location with loads of nearby bars. I had an internal room and didn't hear any noise at all during the night.
5 minutes walk to New Street Station and 5 minutes walk to the nearest carpark (I got the train, my friend drove)
Easy quick check in. Friendly staff. I was given a free bottle of water in the morning from reception as the vending machine in the lobby only accepted card payments and I only had cash.
Everything a Premier Inn should be.
