My room was quiet considering the neighborhood below the hotel is a busy pub area
Bra läge, ren och fräscht, mycket bra frukost!
Good location. However difficult to drop bags because of parking. Overnight parking a bit of way from hotel and expensive. Breakfast dried up ( bacon hard and eggs rubbery). It is not what the adverts say.
Very unhappy with the stay. Arrived after daughter graduation in Bristol no on-site parking have to stay in all night car park a mile away and pay for that privilege. We had no idea. Restaurant for breakfast was freezing as automatic glass doors kept flying open. Staff were very dismissive and rude. Reception took ages to answer phone when approaching the venue but we're polite whilst on site.
My wife and I visited during the week on a Thursday night.
The hotel is centrally located with excellent parking.
The room was warm and comfortable and the check-in was a breeze.
The food was reasonably priced and surprisingly good and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
All in all an enjoyable stay.
We has a family were very disappointed with our stay
The room was very cold together with common areas We were told the heating was broken and they had been waiting two weeks for repairs.
We were given a heater which was electric hence to use it we had to leave a card in the room hence a possible fire hazard but we were advised to do this by an employee.
The breakfasts were reasonable and on the whole staff were adequate.
As a result of the lack of heating my wife has been unwell and was glad to get home
We have used premier inns on numerous occasions and are very disappointed
I normally love premier inn but this one is awful housekeeping obstruct the corridors with all there trolleys and rubbish blocking my wheelchair access and they decide to dump it all outside of a wheelchair accessible room! Room 207, awful for signal couldn't access my phone services and internet, premier Inn WiFi don't work. Such a shame as this premier inn has 3 reliable lifts and it is right next to the bus station which was ideal for us flying back from Alicante, staff were lovely but those 3 things are the only positives
Stay at Premier Inn Briddlington
I stayed there from Wednesday night to Sunday morning this week..
Despite the car park being difficult to find at night if you have never been there, I had a lovely stay.
Staff all around were helpful even late at night on my arrival,I was delayed by the snow between the motorway and the hotel...
Breakfast was amazing, can not faut it...
Arrived with friends and family checked in at 3. Two couples in premier rooms all fine but couple in standard room paid for their room only to be told after that there room had no heating after! A small heater was placed in the room was told by lady on reception this was on a day where it was snowing and very cold! Was told no room available to swap to as hotel full! Was told by reception that they had tried to contact everyone to let them know but we had had no contact whatsoever! The heater in the room was very unsafe as feet were damaged. Was told the next morning that the heating wouldn’t be repaired during our stay but still no offer of any change of room. After speaking to a different receptionist was told to contact customer services as no manager available which we did only to be told nothing can be done till we checked out. Was asked was we offered alternative accommodation no we weren’t! Anyway basically we had to put up with no heating for two nights and use a dodgy heater! Luckily the two premier plus rooms were excellent and the rest of the party were happy. £5 a night to park paid on arrival and hotel is in a great location. On returning home we did get an email to say our money we had paid for the room with no heating would be refunded. Overall a good stay but slightly disappointed with the attitude of staff and communication with us
The lady front desk staff was unpleasant which was however changed by a better service coming from the next day staff (Samuel). The new room where we have been transferred made a huge difference with our unpleasant experience.
Parking needs to be paid as u have parked otherwise you might end up paying fine.
Very courteous, professional and helpful staff. Not just the receptionists but room attendants and catering personnel as well.
Clean, tidy and clutter free.
We thought a very good and convenient hotel haven't been here in many years but would definately return.Great for gig at Thekla We had a super room on 3rd floor and view of water.Clean bed was comfy and as a Sunday night quiet outside so could have window open.Fridge coffee machine and iron in room.Easy to park outside for £6 till 9 am and we just topped that up for an hour .Staff were friendly and efficient
Pretty standard premier inn.
Clean and comfortable, bed lovely.
Great view from the 4th floor.
Samuel on reception was great, went that extra mile to make us feel welcome.
Rooms were tatty and dusty. Net curtain was badly creased and had holes in it.
Towels were grey and like concrete… I asked for some newer ones but that was the best they had!
Check in staff were miserable and not welcoming at all….
ideal central location, especially for the Beacon Centre with its varied concerts, also shops close by to browse. Great choice of restaurants. Only downside is the check-in-time is 3pm unless you want to pay £15.00 more
Our first time at Bridlington Tuesday 21st October. Man on reception helped us book in and also assisted with operating the car booking in machine. Compared with Scarborough North Bay we found the room small and only had a walk in shower. Asked about a better room but was told the hotel was full. Okay accepted that. Next morning the shower was a dribble from a cheap shower head. Down to Breakfast. The tables were sticky with black residue in parts. The person on duty said it was because of the varnish. Had someone tried to re varnish the table top and it had not fully taken? From a hygiene point of view did not seem impressive. My paper napkin actually stuck to the table as if it was glued to it. Onto the food which was on a hot plate with lamps above. The heat was still frying the black pudding as it sizzled. The eggs looked and tasted like plastic. The bacon was so hard my knife would not cut through it. Ideal for resoling my shoes. We then decided to order poached eggs from the kitchen and these proved to be ok as they were freshly cooked. So breakfast consisted of poached eggs, beans and a piece of bread. Nothing like the £10.99 all in.
There is evidence of wear and tear in this hotel and come on Premier Inn get these table tops replaced. Position of the hotel is good but otherwise far behind North Bay. Where is the management of this place. The guy on the desk when we left looked untidy and sums up this hotel.
Nice hotel.lovely location.
Samuel on reception gave us excellent advice about the area.
He was very helpful and gave a great service. We had a lovely sea view room which was spotless and the cleaning staff were very helpful too. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Stayed here the weekend, hotel clean and comfortable, check in was quick using the self serve. Breakfast was good plentiful and tasty. Bar staff on the evening was abit miserable. Nevertheless will return when visiting Bristol.
Bonus managed to get on street parking
Hotel is well placed near to many attractions, bars and restaurants. The car park on site was a good size. Room was clean and also a good size, the addition of a coffee machine and the fridge was very welcome. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The Premier Inn on Bridlington seafront is in an excellent location and has a large car park. You have to pay for parking but get a special rate as a hotel guest. You simply enter your registration on a pad by the main door and pay (£5 per day).
Check in was friendly and our room up to the usual good standard.
We didn’t opt for the breakfast buffet as, to be honest, I’m getting a bit fed up with lukewarm Premier Inn fare. I reckoned that Bridlington would have plenty of traditional cafes where you can get a freshly cooked breakfast. I was right, and highly recommend Tea @33 on Hilderthorpe Road.
