Paulina was amazing, she made our day. She looked after us like her own family and cared for my sick children as her own.
Alles was prima in orde. Alleen de airco in het restaurant gedeelte stond hoog en iets te koud.
Great staff.
Mooie kamer
Vriendelijk personeel
Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon.
I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.
Room was clean spacious
Yes staff were very helpful
Nice spacious and clean rooms. Very comfy
We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic.
Warm welcome when we arrived clean and tidy bed and room very cosy 100%will go again looking to return with our son to visit the anfield football ball stadium
I arrived after jet lag and a tiresome drive at 12.30 on a rainy Friday afternoon . The gentleman at reception was attentive and kind, finding me an early room with the minimum of fuss.
Registration for parking was simple and quick with contactless payment.
I got a room on the first floor facing the car park : which is the side you want: it is silent and has a view of the hill and greenery in front of the hotel - not of the parked cars.
Thd bathroom was bath/ shower - I had baths : good size - I am 6 ft 2.. great bathroom - v. clean.
All the staff were chatty and clearly made a great team. V. Impressive and pleasant.
The bed was as always, just great. The breakfast next door was hot and to the usual premier inn standard.
The receptionist did his level best to call me a taxi, when he could have just said "there's the freephone... '
Simply the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed at , and that's more than a few.
All of the staff are to be commended.
Thank you from the guest at Room 40.
The location was perfect for what we needed. Price was a bit expensive and once we were inside we noticed how run down it is. The toom smelt incredibly damp. There was black mould on the ceiling of the room and bathroom and the window was pooling water constantly. It being -2 over night we didnt keep the window open with 2 young children in the room. It was a good size room but everything smelt damo and musty. Even the clothes we wore to bed smelt musty by the morning. Was very dissapointing
Liam and his team were absolute stars. The room was warm and spotlessly clean. Thankyou. I'd thoughoughly recommend this hotel for value, location to the A303 and customer service
Honestly had such an amazing overnight stay. Made to feel so welcome. Lovely room, best nights sleep & Wow ! The breakfast on Sunday morning was amazing. It was busy but we were still so looked after by the whole team. Honestly couldn’t fault & had such a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend.
Very good location and amenities
Aviemore Premier Inn is an excellent location as a base for exploring the Cairngorm area. The hotel itself is fairly new and everything is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our food in the Thyme restaurant and the meal deals are exceptionally good value for money. The service was excellent and, in particular, Lorraine was very attentive and a pleasure to engage with.
Hotel room and service was excellent, although hotel doesn’t look great outside it was a pleasure to stay at.
I’d happily stay there again
BEDBUGS!
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Absolutely disgusting and found bed bugs on the bed!!!
Family room so had to change rooms in the middle of the night with children. Horrendous experience
We went in looking to print some documents and the lovely staff helped us as we were unable to find anywhere else in Aldershot. Excellent service 😊
Great place, affordable, spotless room and bathroom, comfortable beds, room temperature just right and the noise non existent from outside. So close to Alnwick castle as well.
