Important information:

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Chargeable off-site parking is available at the NCP car park next to the hotel. Parking is charged at 13.95GBP for 24 hours, 11.95GBP by downloading the NCP app prior to arrival.
Take M4(J42), and then the A483 towards the city centre. After passing Sainsburys on the left and Salubrious Place on the right, turn right at the next lights.Then turn immediately right again. The NCP is adjacent to the cinema and hotel. PLEASE NOTE: No right turn at Wind St from the M4 direction. Sat Nav - SA1 3LZ

Nettes Personal, aber leider nicht wirklich sauber

Freundliches Personal

Cons:

Schade das es nicht sauber war. Die Türe im Bad war auch schmutzig. Vor allem die Dusche war voller Schimmel.

Preis-Leistung war top, hierher komme ich sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Preis-Leistung war wirklich sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, in der Nähe vom HBF, war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal am Empfangsbereich war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ich bin selten in so "noblen" Hotels aber ich fand es etwas befremdlich, dass man immer seine Zimmerkarte mitnehmen musste.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay for our family – great value for money.
Pros:

We stayed here for two nights with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for visiting the Porsche and Mercedes-Benz museums as well as the city center. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Maybe the absence of a minibar in the room, but there a shop in the lobby with everything you need. Everything else met our expectations.

Fine for one night.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very decent price. Good location close to airport and hour away from Legoland. Clean too.

Cons:

Aircon was bad. Old and barely helped. Second bed for child was uncomfortable and unmodern.
