Staff are friendly and are always happy to help you and thefood os very good. It has acces to get transport links and their is loads of food resturants.
Dorothy, the chef, is incredibly friendly and provides amazing customer service every time we visit for breakfast. She really makes the experience special, and the food is always delicious.
Porfect , nice staff. Friendly. Delishes food , room alvaysclean, reception always happy to help with everything good ,
I had planned to host a meeting at the Premier Inn Orpington but was disappointed to find, once again, that the restaurant area was not properly lit. Given that this is winter and it gets dark early, the space was effectively pitch black, which made the environment feel unwelcoming and inappropriate for a professional meeting.
Seeing someone working at a computer in near darkness, along with several children sitting in the area, raised concerns around safety and general standards. Adequate lighting should be a basic expectation, particularly in shared public spaces.
Unfortunately, this experience meant I could not proceed with my plans. Based on this, I would recommend considering the Bromley location instead, which has consistently provided a more suitable and comfortable environment.
Lovely stay, very comfy bed and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
Although we booked a room with two beds, we got a large bed and a sofa that was very uncomfortable.
The hotel only cleans the rooms upon request. When we asked to have the room cleaned, we returned and found it with the beds not made, the trash can not be emptied, the glasses in the room were not cleaned or replaced until after several requests.
The location of the hotel is very good, close to two major metro stations and in the area with many restaurants and pubs.
Overall, a very disappointing experience
I gave one star for the room due to the extremely poor first impression. We stayed in the Premier rooms on the higher floors, which are significantly more expensive, yet the condition was completely unacceptable.
As soon as we stepped out of the elevator, the corridor was visibly filthy. The carpets looked as though they hadn’t been vacuumed or deep-cleaned for months, with stains and dirt throughout. Unfortunately, the same was true inside our room: the carpet was dirty, and the wall was chipped.
The worst part was the bathroom. There was a clump of old hair in the sink drain, the shower tray did not drain properly ( I didn’t dare to look what was blocking it!), the shower head had visible mould, and there was also black mould around the shower screen frame. This level of hygiene is simply unacceptable.
Being a three star hotel does not excuse a lack of cleanliness. I fully understand that furnishings don’t need to be brand new, but I do expect a spotless, hygienic room regardless of star rating.
At least the reception was friendly, but that’s all.
Excellent hotel Great cosy beds, Fantastic location. Delicious breakfast. Will defo come back. Highly recommend. Thank u
We recently took our 7 year old Granddaughter to London for her first visit, so we booked a Family Room at The London Bank (Tower) Premier Inn. We have stayed here several times and always found it to be a nice and friendly place but on our last visit it was looking decidedly tired and in need of some TLC.
I’m happy to report that it has a had a Wonderful Make Over and it looking very modern and clean, our room was amazing with a a double and single bed, plenty of space for us all and a decent sized bathroom.
Breakfast is really good and “Free for Kids” it can get very bust between 9am to 10am (so go earlier) but the staff were Absolutely Marvellous at keeping everything Ticking Along, clearing tables after each course and the food just kept on coming, a most enjoyable experience !
I would like to make mention of the Manager who had everything Running Like Clockwork, he was clearing tables himself and filling up the coffee machines. He organised his staff expertly and was very friendly and helpful, I would like to make Special Mention of Adriana, Khattab and Jumman who were Truly Amazing and always had a Smile on their Face and couldn’t do enough for us, Thank You Vey Much
Good location, nice and quiet. Staff were friendly. Good price. Didn’t eat at hotel but food looked good. Lots of happy guests.
They were kind, friendly, open, welcoming, and understanding. A very pleasant and relaxing evening. Thank you to them both. See you soon.

My experience here at the Premier lodge has always been good.
Dee the head chef was brilliant...
All credit to your organisation.
She certainly delivers!
Best wishes

Great stay in this hotel again.always stay here when in London with the wife.great location for exploring everything.the staff at this hotel are amazing and made our stay this time extra special.the only gripe would be to have a staff member on the bar in the evening that can make a cocktail instead of only been able to have simple drinks but all round fantastic stay
Great location and reasonably cheap . However - the premier inn plus room had a lot of wear and tear. The self check in didn’t work for us on two machines, which meant we had to queue (we were told this was because there was only one set of towels, which seemed slightly odd). We were not provided with complimentary chocolates or water on either night of our stay. We asked at reception and were told someone would bring them to us, but they did not. That might sound trivial, but they advertised as one of the perks of the room. Also - the shower was too cold despite being set to the maximum temperature. Overall - disappointing and not up to the standard of many other premier inns we’ve stayed in.
This hotel is in a great location rooms were great, comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was amazing as were the staff especially khatab , Jumnan and Claudia
Great Premier Inn & Staff
I travel quite a bit from work and stop in various chains IHG, Marriot, Hilton and Premier Inn. As with all chains some can be hit and miss especially in recent times with Premier Inn (maybe because Lenny Henry left 😂). Anyway with a trip to London for and exhibition and function location was key.
After busy day I checked in the Premier Plus room which was clean, spacious and as expected. Too tired to venture out in the cold for food I opted to eat in which I rarely do. Prior to eating I had some calls to make which the staff left me to make in a very quiet corner of the restaurant that was probably closed but it was appreciated with a nice pint.
I ordered steak with the trimmings with onion rings and I’ll be honest not expecting too much. The service and food was excellent and better than some restaurants charging double.
Breakfasts have been equally good with the buffet fresh and nit stood and dried out as you sometimes find. Thanks to all the team including Naim, Ellen & Brenda
Another great stay at a Premier inn.
A good clean and comfortable room. Nothing fancy or chintzy. A good functional room and bathroom.
I slept really well so the bed must have been comfortable.
Premier Inn had the most friendly and helpful staff which certainly made our stay special. Breakfast was really lovely and as much as you could eat.
Clean and comfortable room. Quite expensive and an efficient, if somewhat soulless, check in experience using the digital screen. The fact that staff entered my room twice in the morning (unannounced on the second occasion) was annoying and disturbed my sleep.
We had to move bedroom as there was black mold on the ceiling of the bedroom near the window - this may be because the extractor fan in the en-suite wasn’t working. The hotel should have not given us this room.
Good breakfast but no gluten free bread (one of us has an intolerance)
Ordered poached eggs but they took “ages” to arrive. The breakfast service is extremely under staffed when the hotel is busy eg on a weekend
One lift wasn’t working and the other didn’t stop on our floor for some reason (on occasion), all a bit random
Pillows are extremely hard
However, the hotel is well located and other aspects of the breakfast are ok eg lots of fruit, pastries etc.
