For the price we paid there were several issues with our stay, things in room not working, no hot water, cold because to turn heater off, no lift. Not worth the amount charged, well overpriced.
The location was brilliant right beside the stadium was a lovely atmosphere and the rooms were very clean. Never heard no noise and was great value for the money. The staff were lovely and the food was great.
The service from Ambra, Brigitta and Bradley was great. They went above and beyond to make sure all guests were having great experience. I recommend going to this specific Premier Inn as long as these members works there. Shout out to them ✌🏻
This hotel has vary large rooms, especially according to England's standards. Very tidy bathroom. Very quiet, I could sleep without being disturbed.
Well located right between Wimbledon beautiful train station and village, and South Wimbledon subway station.
Many grocery stores, wine merchant and good restaurants in the neighbourhood.
My wife and I are seniors. We live in Ireland and travel to and around the UK frequently. We tend to use Premier Inn Hotels a lot. On our most recent visit nearly a month ago, we spent 2 nights at the Hanger Lane Premier Inn and found it very good and this was mainly due to the caring staff.
We then moved to our favourite Premier Inn at Loughton/Buckhurst Hill for 5 nights. As always we were welcomed there with open arms by Nihal, Farouk, and Rosie. They did everything to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. There was a new (to us) member of staff in Reception named Harisha. He too was most efficient and helpful. One evening as we went to leave the hotel to go to our car in the car park, there was a heavy downpour of rain. I left my wife in Reception and was about to run to my car and bring it to the hotel door when Harisa stopped me. He went to his backpack and took out a folding umbrella. He handed it to me and said, "I will not need this until I go home at 11pm".
WHERE WOULD YOU GET THIS TREATMENT?
It was a great location for wembly stadium. Rooms are very clean. Bed is so sofft and confortable. Lot of options in breakfast we enjoyed it. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall we had a very good experience.
“Really enjoyed my stay – comfortable bed, everything worked well, and the staff were professional and helpful throughout.”
. “Great hotel with spotless rooms, welcoming team, good breakfast, and easy access to transport and attractions.” I recommend my friends and will back.
We highly recommend this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was welcoming.
My dining experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Service was quick and attentive, making the whole meal enjoyable and relaxing. From start to finish, everything was even better than I expected. I would happily come back again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal. A simple, perfect five-star experience.
Very amazing stay! The staff were very efficient in my opinion. The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Staff were friendly and quick to help with any questions, and check-in was smooth. The location was convenient, close to shops and transport links, which made getting around simple. Breakfast had a good variety. For the price, the experience was reliable and enjoyable, and I would consider staying again in the future.
Good location, plenty of parking and decent pub with food next-door. Bathroom was in poor condition although it was clean. Holes in wall not filled well, scuff marks and soft, spongy floor.
Excellent service, clean and large rooms, excellent food. Restaurant and reception staff were excellent, kind and caring, especially Ambra, Lorraine, Melzer, Bradley and Brigi. They went above and beyond their duties to ensure we were looked after. They are real assets to the hotel. Thank you for your kindness, appreciate it.
Great hotel, great service. Bradley and Ambra are a great restaurant staff, polite, helpful, and very professional. I will turn back to You
We have stayed in 3 different Premier Inns the las 2 months for work, ,Blackpool, Leeds and now Wembley, each one the carpets were stained, the bedding smelled of sweat, there was mould in the bathroom, scuff marks all over the rooms, poor ventilation in the bathrooms. from experience i feel its must be the volume of people using the places and the type of people. they are not maintained as they used to be and the bedding is over used. This company used to be worth using but they now seem to be bargin basement.
Stayed here for one night recently, attending the Dimash concert at the nearby Ovo Arena. Very good stay, although central the hotel was quiet, the staff were helpful, room comfortable and decent shower was most welcome after a long journey. Check in was easy and the buffet breakfast was standard and substantial.
I would certainly use Premier Inn in the future.
I stayed on business for 1 night and took advantage of the meal deal which seemed like good value - £26.99 for a 2 course dinner and breakfast the next morning.
The following day, upon queuing for hot food, I witnessed the chef pick up some scrambled eggs which had been dropped on the hot plate and put them back in the bowl with the rest (bare hands, no gloves). When hygiene levels are this bad in plain sight, I dread to think what goes on behind the scenes.
I needed a room to work in the evening during a 2 day conference. The room was spotless. The staff friendly and helpful. A good experience.
Myself and my daughter found this to be an excellent location for the Ovo Arena, the staff were helpful and ensured we didn't need any additional assistance in getting to our room. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, well stocked with tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Breakfast was very good and at no time were we under pressure or feel rushed.
This is a bit of a strange one, who on earth gives a big review to the Premier inn? Went up to London to watch the game, 2 minutes from the stadium (I kid you not) anyway room etc was functional, clean and tidy, no problem.
The best part by a country mile was the restaurant, I know it's hard to believe that a big corporate chain could possibly produce a top class restaurant, but they have, brilliant menu, piping hot every time.
The all you can eat breakfast is unbelievable, people are fighting to get in there off the streets in the morning, absolutely perfect in every way.
