Premier Inn London City - Tower Hill

This hotel provided an exceptional stay. The breakfast was not only satisfactory but also delectable. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive range of amenities offered. The accommodations were comfortable, and the manager, Marius, was exceptional helpful. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience at a reputable hotel.

Helpful staff as expected from a Premier Inn. The room is compact, but is clean & comfy and has everything you need.
Booked breakfast for 9:30. It was very hectic, but the staff were on it keeping everything stocked up.

Very warm, clean comfortable and functional room. It was quite small, but as I was alone, it was fine. Breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel is excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in and out was very efficient.

Welcoming reception. Friendly staff. Support 24/7. Complimentary coffee. Room was clean and cosy. Interior was not outdated, very modern with electrical buttons to function the room. No problems at all. I would come back.

I had a great stay. The room was big, immaculately clean and very quiet. And, the best bit - the most warm welcome from Anmol at the front desk. So polite, a big smile and genuine warmth. An absolute star!

Excellent stay, clean, comfortable facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Well located and overall great value for money.

Awful experience! On the coldest week of the year, our heating in the room was not working. It was actually blowing in cold air!!
We complained to staff on reception 3 times, and they did not resolve the issue, or offer us an alternative room.
Would NOT stay here again.
I recommend choosing a different hotel, if thinking if staying in London City!!

The hotel was ok, but very unhappy with administrative service. It's impossible to get anything amended in your reservation.

Visited from Cyprus and chose to stay at Uxbridge Premier Inn due to its excellent transport links and amenities available on the door step.
Wendy was friendly and cooked a great breakfast. Kurtis was very helpful.

Today we arrive with an unexpected IT issue. Nicol take us to out room and explain to us are we are the first people for check in today and apologise for the inconvenience, Room is clean and welcome set up. Hotel is with very good clean environment and close to my office.

Great place to stay! Amazing location with clean, cosy and warm rooms. Warming and welcoming team and atmosphere. Close to bus and underground networks.

This hotel is a really good value option if you are happy with a small but clean and comfortable room. We paid extra for the 'larger' room but they are still quite compact. The hotel was in a great location for us and had a nice atmosphere. Breakfast on the first day was excellent and really good value for money, unfortunately on the second day it was very busy and they struggled to top up food, cutlery, crockery etc.
We would stay here again as it was good value, clean and well located.
