This is a usual Premier inn experience, not bad at all.
However breakfast is a buffet that is always a bit luke warm!
This shouldn't be difficult, hot food please?
The baked beans have actually been cold every day, not even a little bit warm.
Come on, please try harder.
I needed a hotel room in London for 1 night; I didn't mind not being in Central London but wanted somewhere near a tube station. As always now I first check Premier Inn and found this hotel. Fantastic price so I booked it - the Arnos Grove underground station is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. I checked in using the self service; my room was spotless, clean and modern. Bathroom also spotless. Slept really well, didn't hear any from other guests or from outside. For the price it was brilliant, I paid under £50 and couldn't fault the hotel. Arsenal Football stadium is just a few stops away on the same line so easy to get to and from; central London is about 30 minutes away on the underground. There is an Aldi just round the corner from the hotel along with a tiny Morrisons shop; a large retail park is about a 15 minute walk away.
Highly recommend.
Very happy with the tam specially Bibi very kind ,professional and made us feel like home .
My little daughter loved her so much
First class service at Premier Inn, New Southgate.
Team were friendly and check in was quick and easy.
Room was clean and beds super comfortable.
We were staying for 2 nights and taking in the usual London highlights and a concert at nearby Alexandra Palace.
Breakfast was a choice of continental or full English with ample choice, well cooked and choice of teas, coffees and cold drinks with free refills.
I ate in restaurant one evening due to family member not feeling great and had their burger with fries and slaw. Great meal at a reasonable price.
The team, as mentioned were fantastic, really friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend
A good location for where we were going. Calm, friendly hotel. The room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Bibi, lovely lady.
We stay at this premier inn every year and this is the second year we have met Judith, she really is a breath fresh air she is very friendly and will go 10,000 miles to look after everyone, I see her running around doing all the jobs making sure the place is kept clean even when some morning it been very busy.
Worst night stay ever family above kids banged on the ceiling hours complain nothing done next morning same again ask for refund nothing done from a long train journey to have no sleep horrid stay
Location easy to find. Friendly staff. Room had everything we needed including nice towels & tea/coffee tray. Option to restock coffee & tea during our stay using items set out in easy to locate trays in foyer. Really good choice at breakfast & tasted great!
Bibi was exceptional in resolving a problem with my reservation, which allowed me to sleep after a night of work. Thank you.
The hotel is in a good position. Parking outside was free and very convenient. It was easy to get into Victoria on the tube with a change at Stockwell. We had a very comfortable Premier Plus room with two armchairs, and a nice modern bathroom and good shower. As far as the hotel goes, there was only one downside – our aircon unit gurgled constantly. We were so jetlagged after flying for 24 hours that we managed to sleep the first night but the next night it was very noticeable. We advised reception the next morning that it had disturbed our sleep and were told to report it online. The reply was that they weren’t interested because we hadn’t reported it after the first night. Not very customer friendly! But there was worse after check out. We’d pre-paid the room and a £10 fee for an early check in which had been confirmed by email with a receipt. But the evening after checking out we received an email with a new invoice stating we’d been charged another £5 because the early check in fee was £15. We weren’t even told about it when checking out so couldn’t query it then. The fee was definitely £10 when we paid it months earlier.
Twice we emailed the hotel copies of our confirmation email and receipt, telling them that Premier Inn can’t just arbitrarily raise the price later for something that has already been paid for. No response! Then we tried online. After we’d left the UK we finally got a reply saying early check in was now £15. For weeks we sent more emails pointing out that it didn’t matter what they were charging now. It was £10 when we paid. Finally we advised Premier Inn that we were asking our bank to reverse the extra credit card £5 charge. They then had the nerve to ask us for proof of the original £10 fee. Well, it was in their records and in the copies of the confirmation email and receipt we’d been sending them continually for weeks – if they’d just bothered to look at them! After resending them yet again, they at last admitted the error and refunded us. This felt rather like sharp practice and we can’t help feeling they assume people won’t query it. We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns on previous visits to the UK but not again!
Wimbledon South Premier Inn, very modern and clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was easy. It was quiet and peaceful. Perfect!
We stayed at Premier Inn Wimbledon South for a long weekend and had a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the rooms were very comfortable (especially the beds, which made for a great night’s sleep after busy days out).
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The choice was excellent, with something to suit everyone in the family, and everything was fresh and well presented. A special mention must go to Judith, a member of staff who made the mornings feel extra welcoming. Her friendly nature and attentive service created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that really stood out. She is a real credit to Whitbread and added a personal touch that made our stay memorable.
Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a breakfast experience that sets the tone for the day.
Premier Inn Wimbledon South delivers on all fronts.
Stayed one night. Decided to eat in restaurant, wasn’t busy but staff couldn’t cope. Very slow, not friendly either. Bedroom had a very noisy vent, no instructions for a/c either. Mentioned it to reception in morning. Manager advised I email customer relations who were utterly useless when I did email them, infact weeks later I am still waiting further reply which clearly isn’t coming! Like most businesses staff make up answers and aren’t trained. Stayed in numerous Premier Inns and this is definitely the worst from my experience.
The location was ideal, close to Earls Court tube station and main bus links. Though on a busy road the room was very quiet. Clean and tidy as you would expect, well appointed room. Staff friendly and helpful.
We have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and the breakfast here was quite simply the best we have ever had. Full selection of juices, cereals and pastries. The cooked food was freshly done, and very good quality. The young ladies looking after the room were very attentive making sure nothing ran out.
We had a great time at premire inn, Sayuri and Mantas were so helpful when we checked in, they accomodated moving us and our friends rooms close together and nothing was to much! Very hospitable and so friendly!
Steer clear of here if you need parking. It's a decent enough hotel in a reasonable location but they have a major issue with parking - other reviews mention folk getting parking tickets for making mistakes but even if you park in a Hotel parking space, and pay Premier Inn for parking, you might get a ticket - the parking company managing the residents parking (it's a shared car park) gave me a ticket. In the end I managed to get it cancelled but had go through two appeal processes, and spent many hours fighting it. I got no help from Premier Inn - both the central guest services and the hotel itself had no interest in helping me, or even taking action to prevent rogue parking companies acting in their car park. In summary: avoid if you need parking.
Supported by staff member Judith this morning, such a lovely friendly lady.
The breakfast was nice especially the scrambled eggs.
Friendly reception and great coffee.
The room was comfortable and clean. Had a good night's sleep.
Check in was fast and staff member welcoming.
Overall a good experience
Bibi was absolutely fantastic! from the second we walked in, from helping have a drink at the bar to letting us check in early she was provided nothing short of amazing customer service! would 100% recommend this location and definitely will be returning on our next trip!
We stayed two nights in early November on a leisure trip and booked a double room. Check in was easy and friendly, and Bibi on reception deserves a special mention for her welcoming manner even though she was full of cold. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the temperature was spot on. Wi Fi worked well for browsing and planning our days.
The bathroom was clean, though it would benefit from a little maintenance, the bath seal was heavily cracked and the bath panel a bit loose. I also found the supplied shower gel very watered down which was disappointing.
Location is a real strength, Arnos Grove tube station is a short walk away for quick access into the city, and having parking on site made everything simple. Considering this was a stay in London, the value for money was very good.
Overall, a relaxed and reliable stay that ticked all the important boxes. Five out of five from us, and we would happily return.
Lille supermarked 25 meter væk.
