Pros:

Clean and modern rooms.
Breakfast was better than excpected.
Parking in garage in the same building.

Cons:

A little far from the old town with about 30 min of walking from Marktplatz.
The air conditioner couldn’t handle the heat so the room was more than 25 degrees warm.
