I went to London with my son for his 21st Birthday.
Despite this being a central London high turnover hotel the staff were fantastic and very personable. The duty manager was lovely and she made it feel a very personal experience.
Although we booked a room with two beds, we got a large bed and a sofa that was very uncomfortable.
The hotel only cleans the rooms upon request. When we asked to have the room cleaned, we returned and found it with the beds not made, the trash can not be emptied, the glasses in the room were not cleaned or replaced until after several requests.
The location of the hotel is very good, close to two major metro stations and in the area with many restaurants and pubs.
Overall, a very disappointing experience
Excellent hotel Great cosy beds, Fantastic location. Delicious breakfast. Will defo come back. Highly recommend. Thank u
Amazing location on leister square. So close to the Christmas markets, we attended a show and just had a 5 minute walk. Close to Covent gardens. Tube station short walk. Surrounded by restaurants and so much to do. 20 minute walk to Oxford Street, or take the tube.
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
We recently took our 7 year old Granddaughter to London for her first visit, so we booked a Family Room at The London Bank (Tower) Premier Inn. We have stayed here several times and always found it to be a nice and friendly place but on our last visit it was looking decidedly tired and in need of some TLC.
I’m happy to report that it has a had a Wonderful Make Over and it looking very modern and clean, our room was amazing with a a double and single bed, plenty of space for us all and a decent sized bathroom.
Breakfast is really good and “Free for Kids” it can get very bust between 9am to 10am (so go earlier) but the staff were Absolutely Marvellous at keeping everything Ticking Along, clearing tables after each course and the food just kept on coming, a most enjoyable experience !
I would like to make mention of the Manager who had everything Running Like Clockwork, he was clearing tables himself and filling up the coffee machines. He organised his staff expertly and was very friendly and helpful, I would like to make Special Mention of Adriana, Khattab and Jumman who were Truly Amazing and always had a Smile on their Face and couldn’t do enough for us, Thank You Vey Much
Wonderful location. Ready for tubes and buses. No atmosphere in hotel but staff friendly enough. Room was ok but whole hotel looked tired. Tear in dining room carpet could prove a problem.
They were kind, friendly, open, welcoming, and understanding. A very pleasant and relaxing evening. Thank you to them both. See you soon.

It has, this Hub By Premier Inn,
all the essentials: shower, bin;
substantial telly, lounge downstairs;
slightly iffy dryer of hair.
But one flaw that you ought to know:
half of its rooms have no window.
Its airconditioning is somewhat
lacking oomph, and leaves you hot
on sweaty summer London nights;
the lighting, piteously bright
sears eyeballs till they start to steam
when fumbled straight onto high beam.
The beds are small, tho benefit
from pull-out drawers to stash one’s s***;
but for two adults seeking rest,
they are a trial, a faff, a test.
The shower’s head is weirdly low
the curtain hooks drag awful slow.
It’s drizzle more than waterfall;
you’ll bang your head should you be tall.
The only seat is plastic hell
from Tokyo's cheapest love hotel.
In sum, it does what’s said on tin;
would I return? where to begin?
Located well twixt many park
where one can lounge until it’s dark;
because once back in Hub’s dark halls,
there are no windows, only walls.
Its pricing surges on weekends
preclude us ever being friends.
Machine-dripped "coffee's" only sorta--
(double shot dumped into water).
In sum, it rates four out of ten;
I would not stay at it again.
Lovely hotel in the heart ot marylebone - clean and quiet - great noise proof rooms so you cant hear the old marylebone road. Nice breakfast. Good sized beds and great lighting. Complementary water throughout the stay. Tidy rooms, tidy foyer, friendly staff. Easy and quick to check in. Very secure and safe. Would reccomend 10/10
Great stay in this hotel again.always stay here when in London with the wife.great location for exploring everything.the staff at this hotel are amazing and made our stay this time extra special.the only gripe would be to have a staff member on the bar in the evening that can make a cocktail instead of only been able to have simple drinks but all round fantastic stay
I like the location, clean and comfortable accommodation ( handy for public transport). Great service from the staff.
This hotel is in a great location rooms were great, comfortable and very clean and the breakfast was amazing as were the staff especially khatab , Jumnan and Claudia
Easy walk from Marylebone station. I was welcomed and checked in quickly and efficiently.
My room was clean and quiet
Good value for money
I would have liked a window I slept well
Very great place, the current price is right for the services and the area. The personnel is polite and willing to help. Everything is clean. Highly reccomend
Great location and helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are snug but perfect for a short stay. Nice touch to offer complimentary tea and coffee too,
The hotel is very conveniently placed right in the centre of London near all the major theatres etc and is only a few minutes walk away from Leicester Square Tube station so is easy to access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Access was by lift from the ground floor up to reception and various level. Access and lifts were controlled by the roomy key so security was good. Overall management was very efficient and friendly . The rooms were quite small with limited hanging facilities for clothes but very clean and well prepared and more than adequate for a short stay. Despite being in a very lively and busy area the rooms were very quiet. The walk in shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. There was. a limited but adequate bar service. We had breakfast there on one day which was very good. Hot and cold food and a wide choice of cereals, yoghurts, unlimited coffee etc. Although they are available we did not have an evening meal. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.
Clean and comfortable room. Quite expensive and an efficient, if somewhat soulless, check in experience using the digital screen. The fact that staff entered my room twice in the morning (unannounced on the second occasion) was annoying and disturbed my sleep.
Perfect location and great little hotel , right in the centre of everything you could need , tube station is literally a 5 min walk away and staff are super helpful
I’ve stayed at this hotel lots of times, but sometimes you just get fed up with poor service. Premier Inns now do not clean your room if you do not request it before 12 each day. You can’t even say can you do it every day of my stay, no you have to tell them at reception every day. They started doing this in covid times and now it’s standard poor service and procedure. When your paying £220 a night you expect some service, so I asked for my room to be cleaned and to a certain level it was but this excluded making the bed and replacing tea and coffee making items.
On arrival, we found the entrance and lift to be dirty. Dirt on the floors, lift walls stained and sticky. Receptionist not particularly welcoming. Reception area untidy with all sorts of items leaning against walls etc. We walked through the "restaurant" area to go to the toilet. That was dirty too. The floor was sticky and there were still food crumbs and smears on the central buffet from breakfast. The toilets were revolting. The ladies obviously hadn't been cleaned since heaven only knows when - the toilet bowl was crusted and the floor had splashes and visible dirt. There were also stains/smears on the walls. I went to use the disabled toilet instead and that wasn't much better. My husband said the gents was fairly awful too. The passage way to our room was dirty – bits of paper, wrappers, mud/soil. It looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while. On first glance, our room seemed clean but the bathroom wasn’t great. The basin’s overflow was black with dirt/mould and around the plug hole was too. Neither the shower nor the basin drained properly and I had to wait to shower after my husband so that we didn’t flood the bathroom. There was only one of each towel despite booking for 2 people. We requested another but that never arrived. The shower rail was dirty with smears and watermarks. There were visible stains on the headboard and curtains too. The hairdryer didn’t work properly and kept switching off during use. Thanks to the obvious lack of hygiene we avoided using the kettle and decided to skip breakfast despite having paid for it. The receptionist wasn’t particularly concerned when we informed her of this at checkout. Overall, a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
