Stayed at Premier Inn hotel for our anniversary weekend . The staff was very polite throughout our stay and were happy to recommend activities that we could do . Enjoyed our weekend away
Fast and easy check in. Amazing customer service at check in. Azra was very helpful with a taxi and directions on check out. And the two ladies in housekeeping that gave me towels and directions to the bar was also very helpful. Staff in the bar rude and on friendly also could do with some training on the policy.
Staff refused to serve cooked breakfast although this was paid for within the booking advising to try and claim money back despite serving others. Doors don’t close properly unless banged very hard otherwise people badge in the room. Very poor and disappointing experience.
Room was dirty, floor looked like it hadn't been hoovered in a while. Towels were dirty. On the positive it was exceptionally quiet.
Best nights sleep 😴 fabulous staff all 3 of them congratulations 🎊 very helpful attention to detail room was lovely and warm see you all soon 😀
Super hotel - really friendly reception staff - got early check in which was excellent since we had been travelling since 4am. Top floor room - nice and quiet and cleanliness was brilliant - no complaints from us!
Fabulous service.
Family members arrived at Luton airport late on Thursday night and were very tired having returned from Ukraine. They called me for help.
I spoke to the hotel reception on the phone and confirmed late check-in was possible and a room was free. I booked & paid online sending the reservation details to the travellers. The hotel pointed to the best value rate and channel for booking.
The travellers arrived, parked-up, enjoyed a swift check-in and a good night’s sleep. They enjoyed breakfast and left in time to return to Wales in timer to make s presentation at Uni.
They got caught out, Prem Inn’s excellent service helped them recover their situation.
The reception staff member at the hotel was brilliant.
No air conditioning, no restaurant available throughout our 3 day stay and very noisy with cars racing around half the night.
Lovely clean quiet room. A couple of minor issues. Ask how to operate electric before going to room. You have to put your card in a slot but I wasn't told this. No anti slip mat for the shower over the bath. Nearly fell getting out.
Seems to be a very nice hotel but after booking via telephone to confirm we would be arriving at approx 3am after a long flight to Luton. We were told that we were 12hrs early...the call centre had made the booking for the day of arrival but checkin wasn't until 3pm! Luckily the receptionist was able to find us a bed ...in a disabled room.
Had a brilliant experience food was amazing, and staff were really friendly. Especially the receptionist. Room was clean and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Would highly recommend staying here and will again in the future
Clean, comfortable, and convenient! The room was spacious with a super comfy bed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location made it easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!
Great hotel. Convenient, reasonably priced and located near various fast food eateries, handy when you don’t want to drive after a LONG car journey.
Clean and spacious rooms, our room was cleaned daily (we stayed Mon-Fri).
Lifts to all floors - really handy if you have lots of luggage.
We would stay here again.
Great service from one of the best Premier inn i have stayed in. Staff were warm and welcoming nothing to much hassle. As someone who lives life on the road for work will defiantly be using this hotel again
No catering facilities at this hotel . Pub next door not part of premier inn .
No breakfast available
Evening service stop at 7pm
Building site outside as even McDonald’s was closed
Terrible experience room was dirty so was the bathroom and smelt of wet dogs. Food also got returned as was fatty and £25 fillet shouldn't be
Our booking was booked via a 3rd party (which we wont be doing again)who decided to cancel it the night before our stay and hadnt told us,so when we arrived from dumfries there was no booking..thankfully even altho nearly fully booked premier inn managed to reinstate our booking or it would have been a lomg drive back home lol,was my daughters 5th birthday same day and they decorated her room with banners and teddy balloons n some sweets for her...was very much appreciated..and after a stressful half hour of arriving ,we had an amazing stay, staff were all lovely xx
It's your standard, good Premier Inn. Everything you'd expect. All as expected. Just a real big downside was a hot, sweaty night because the room was really hot. Outside temperature wasn't warm but the room was boiling. Temperature controls can only increase the heat and not cool the room. Fan on all night and window open but was really hot anyways.
Stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room for the 1st time. Very good indeed, well worth the money. Air con very quiet. Lady at check in desk very pleasant indeed. Beefeater next door, usual affair of bland, tasteless food. Breakfast is not a buffet, which I do prefer (like helping myself instead of having to ask for more), but, again, the same usual low cost (especially the bacon & sausages) fare.
My colleague and I checked in. I enquired about the meal deal that was reflected on our invoices and were told that was not the case, a meal deal would need to be paid for separately. Okay, we accept that. Now the invoice further states that we are charged for a room each breakfast included, again we were told that this was not so. So, why were the invoices different from the receipts your receptionist printed out? Anyway, we had to go to Tesco to buy our supper and what would constitute breakfast. We later met our colleague who actually were complimentary of the hotel service because they had their meal deal and breakfast, both meal options we were denied.
