Nothing was too much trouble for Joy and Soxy. They made us feel welcome and they were informative and helpful. We will definitely return

We had a great first contact with receptionist Soxy who went above and beyond what we normally associate with Premier Inn hotels. We accept the standard very comfortable beds and clean rooms but Soxy helped us out exceptionally with our elderly mother who had just had a major operation. We would highly recommend people stay at this hotel because of this. Staff were all brilliant.

Freezing cold room window open on arrival to room heater not seem to work very well. No phone in room to contact reception tried from my phone no reply wasn’t happy in bed trying to get keep warm and late nite to mess about other room. I only wanted a room that was ok to sleep in. Not a freezer lol.

This hotel was a lovely clean great experience both Julia and Kosia were extremely helpful and attentive. Providing an excellence service

Soxy was amazing on the front desk very helpful funny and very easy to approach she made the check in very quick and easy and helped with the food allowance

Great and convenient stay close to Silverstone ahead of a track day. Soxy on reception was friendly, welcoming and professional. Rooms clean with good amenities.

Amazing service. Fantastic person on reception, great customer service. Told us all about the local eateries and helped us with our room.

Nothing actually terrible about this place but it is definitely getting long in the tooth, tired and in desperate need of refurbishment.
Car park is full of potholes. Bathroom is old fashioned. The paintwork is faded and scratched in many places.
On the plus side the staff are friendly and efficient, room was clean, bed was comfy and we had a good night's sleep. They don't have a restaurant but there is a good pub/restaurant right next door.
In conclusion, not one of their best sites but perfectly adequate for a short stay and the price was reasonable.

Good hotel, clean and quiet and plenty of parking. About 40% over priced but a convenient location. Sadly it's miles from anywhere and the pub stops taking food orders at 8:45pm which is very early. After that time they only have crisps or nuts.

We stayed here while visiting for a wedding. I was on crutches due to a surgery and the Premier Inn Accessible team were not very helpful at all. When we arrived at the hotel Louise was on reception (I think she was covering from another PI property). She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be as comfortable as possible. She made arrangements for taxis and helped with everything we needed. Without her it would have been a very different stay. Thanks Louise!

Good location to Burford. Ample parking. Helpful reception. Room ok bed clean but dreadful pillows. As always with premier inn the rooms need a deep clean. Dinner in the Green Man pub next door was very good

Breakfast was really good I think all the kitchen staff definitely need a pay rise for how amazing they present the food.

Two night stay, exceptionally good value for money. Staff were excellent in all areas. The cooked element of the breakfast, although buffet style, was immaculately presented, within everything being perfectly cooked.

I use this hotel regularly throughout the year as it’s close to Silverstone and I am a race marshal, over the past 3 years I never had an issue until earlier this year when I was very unhappy about my stay. They offered me a free breakfast which I have only just been able to take as when I’m Marshaling breakfast is served too late for me. I’ve finally managed to have my free breakfast & I wasn’t disappointed fried eggs cooked to order, good selection of items.

Comfy bed, plenty plugs for charging electronics, good lighting.

Warm friendly welcome from Soxy. Recommend staying here. Lots of parking too. Pub next door although booking tables recommended. Close to Silverstone racetrack.
