Premier Inn Cambridge North - Girton

Excellent experience.

Excellent customer service ,manager was very attentive and so friendly. Happy hour was great ,two drinks for eight pound between 5 and 7.
Breakfast was little chaotic both mornings but the food was hot and tasty.Sometimes hospitality is a thankless job.If in the area give this Premier Inn a try ,rooms are spacious clean and warm .We as a family 10 really enjoyed our stay. All in all a good experience.

Fantastic service, was served by Chris and Precious. Chris was particularly fantastic. Checked in earlier than usual, so we stayed at the Restaurant even though it was not open. Everything was good, service, room and I'd surely return.

We were greeted by a very lively hosts Jo and Chris who we ound very friendly and chatte. Asked for a bath and I got a bath. Lovely stay. Really well run ship. Looking forward to staying again. Good luck team

I have stayed in many Premier Inn's over the years but the service offered here has been the best so far. Quiet and clean room, smooth check in and smiling staff. Evening meal was great and was served by the manager Monica. She was amazing on explaining the meal deal and that we can upgrade for dessert as well.At the end of food service we also received chocolates and this was a nice gesture . Showt out to Monik and Diana!

Been served at the Desk and in the restaurant by Monica and Dianna, (apologies if spellings are incorrect) but both of them were lovely. Very attentive!

Warm welome and attentive, professional staff. Quiet and comfortable rooms, well located for my destination. Tracy was exceptionally good on the evening shift in the restaurant and let me take food back to my room as I was tired.

Quick, easy service. Answered every question. As restaurant being only for guests, was nice and quiet and not overwhelming or overbearing. Served by Tracy. Very welcoming.

The room was good and clean, absolutely no complaints about very friendly front staff land liked a laugh! Very helpful! Good value for money

Rooms comfortable, reception staff lovely. Had a meal in the restaurant, took 1 hour and 15 minutes to serve us a burger (and there was only other customer). NOT GOOD The roof leaked also.

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Cambridge North (Girton). The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable, with a great bed for a perfect night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was tasty and well stocked, with plenty of options. The location is convenient and peaceful. Overall, an excellent experience — we would happily stay here again!

Restaurant was in a listed, beautiful building with in-house water feature. Beer selection excellent. Hand picked lemons to go with my desert. Monica is amazing. Fantastic service. (Knife was huge)

The hotel is ideally located for visits to central Cambridge, with a bus stop right outside on the way back. It is clean, comfortable and warm. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Tracy at breakfast. We all had a good time and would stay there again when we visit Cambridge/

The overall stay was good, from check in to check out. However the following day I got home and remember I left my electric toothbrush and an £30 can of pacco rabanne spray deodorant which had not even been used. I phoned the hotel and was told they had found the toothbrush, but not the spray, which I know I had left there. To be told that. If the cleaners normally come across a can of deodorant, they don’t check to see if it’s empty or full, they just chuck it in the bin.

This Premier Inn has helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfy. Usual high Premier Inn standards.
Booked a dinner and breakfast package which is good value; however disappointed that the bar area is closed in the evening and I ate dinner in the small breakfast area - not a stunning dining experience. The food was well cooked and as described.
Breakfast was very good with the usual wide choice. There is no hot buffet to pick from so cooked breakfasts are made to order. The food was great but it took so long to arrive - a good 30 mins.
Good parking and 10 min walk to nearby Sainsburys.

Excellent value, very clean and tidy room, comfortable bed, I’d recommend and stay again if required to in the area. Fantastic to have a midday checkout time!

It was a good stay in Camberly. Specially when I went to have my breakfast, met Raju the restaurant host, made my day. Was very warm, helpful, kind and polite. Had a good chat. His hospitality made me feel good. And definitely will come back to stay again and meet him.

Was excellent at checkin really friendly and welcoming.
Asked for extra pillows got them straight away.
Went for dinner and food was excellent and manager came over to speak to us all which never happens normally.
Reported a maintenance problem and he came straight away to sort but couldn’t so will be done next day as we are staying more than one night.

I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay

I always use premier inns but really not impressed with this one. Came down for our prebooked breakfast and waited for 15 minutes to be told where we could sit (not a member of staff to be seen throughout that time. No fried eggs cooked and ready, no bread for toast (basically nobody seemed to be replenishing anything, and no this wasn't the end of the breakfast period it was in the middle of it) your breakfasts are not cheap so really not impressed. Also on a side note I think the hotel could do with a bit of a refurbishment.
