parking was a bit expensive the front of hotel needed a good clean the room with a super view was spoilt with stain on carpet

Very nice hotel, the couple in front of me were having trouble with their credit card at check in so I used the self check in machine which was easy enough. Nice bar but don’t be fooled by ‘happy hour’ prices, if there’s four of you, it’s cheaper to buy four pints.
Rooms were nice with comfy beds and decent bathrooms.
I feel that the breakfast let them down, it wasn’t particularly great.

Spacious room and really comfy bed! We had such a lovely experience during our recent stay, all thanks to Pete. He honestly couldn’t do enough for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. After a really difficult day, his warmth and helpfulness completely lifted my spirits. It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such ease, but Pete truly did. Premier Inn are very lucky to have him!

This is currently my favourite hotel in the area. Lovely and peaceful with all you need.
Prem plus room have the addition of air con. Plenty of parking and newly opened restaurant close by (not part of the hotel chain)
The hotel is always clean and so comfortable with all you need if away on business but the main thing about this place is the staff.
They are always so friendly and welcoming with Fridah always remembering me and making my stay that little bit special and nothing is too much trouble. She’s amazing.
The whole team here needs to be recognised for the amazing service they deliver. I will be back very soon.

I’ve been staying in Newquay sea front on an off for around 6 months now and had nothing but great experiences, danni and Rachel always being as welcoming and accommodating as they are always makes my stay a pleasure, the both go above and beyond to make sure I have the best stay

We have just arrived to a superb warm welcome from Rachel and Danni. Our room is very comfortable and location is perfect for a short walk into the centre of town with some beautiful views.

I have just stayed and the customer service by Danni and Rachel was first class, from checking me in to serving, they are personable and very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and will stay here just for the service that I’ve received.

We visited the Newquay branch not too long ago, I have to say they were very short staffed however there was one gentleman that seemed to be manning a lot on his own, Pete I’m pretty sure he was called, absolutely lonely man, polite and nothing was too much for us & our small children. Wish we could have given him a tip for his help. Definitely needs an award or something for how well he handled it all. Would recommend this branch of premier in as staff go above & beyond and we were nothing short of pleased.

We usually ask our company to book this hotel for its location but this time what has made this stay so good is the staff. particularly trudy

The hotel is very very basic with a desperate refurbishment needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However this is a very very basic place to stay, I’m glad we only had booked it just for a place to sleep as I wouldn’t have liked to stay more than one night. I was very disappointed with the music blaring out at 8 in the morning from what I was presuming coming from the breakfast hall. So not much of a lie in.

Rachel was friendly and professional. It was just her and the chef on, but they were over everything and no one was kept waiting
Love the new menu items.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our room was perfect and was so clean. We had a cleaner, Loretta, who did a fantastic job. The whole team here is really accommodating. However just a warning to those bringing you car, the car park is £15 a day additional. But the staff were really kind to tell us where we could park our car really close for free or for much cheaper.

Had a lovely experience here. Rooms were immaculate and staff were very friendly. Whole experience was great, will definitely be coming back.

I stayed here recently and found all of the staff, especially Katie, very accommodating and friendly although I did have a bit of difficulty understanding her strong Welsh accent. The chef (Sandie) was extremely understanding about my dietary requirements and the breakfasts were very good.

We had a great visit for a spur of the moment night away- Pete was on duty on the Sunday morning and he gave us fantastic service and we cannot thank him enough for making our stay so enjoyable!

I booked this accommodation in Nov 2024, as we attend an annual function. On booking I rec'd email confirming room and x2 breakfast. Arrived just prior to book-in time and was informed that this location not longer provides meals from next door!! I rec'd no emails to inform me of this. If I had I would have cancelled my booking. We were planning to have a late lunch on arrival and were looking forward to a late breakfast Sunday morning due to midday check out. Staff informed me I could drive to another location to have food!! Where was the email informing me that the terms of my stay (contract) had changed?

I spent my birthday at the premier Inn there was alot of us we all a fab experience rooms were clean the staff super friendly nothing was to much trouble. The lovely lady on reception called Rache took lots of photos for us and even hand delivered a birthday card and fudge up to my room. Thank you Rache for making our stay memorable.

Danni & Rach both looked after me with food and drinks while I’m here by myself. I’ve had a lovely weekend while working away.

I had such a lovely time during my stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing break. The bed was super comfy, and I slept so well with the sound of the sea nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived — especially Danni, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the beach and local shops. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Newquay!
