Ich bin enttäuscht, dass ein so gutes Hotel auf solche Unannehmlichkeiten des Gastes nicht angemessen reagiert.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.
Ich konnte bei über 25 Grad Celsius im Zimmer nicht schlafen. Am nächsten Morgen gab erst, nachdem ich meine Verärgerung ausgedrückt hatte, eine Entschuldigung.
Eine Entschädigung oder eine entgegenkommende Reaktion habe ich bislang vermisst.

Das Frühstück war ok, die Eier sollten aber etwas länger in der Pfanne bleiben ...zu Schwabbelig ! Ansonsten alles Sauber Freundlich gutes Personal ! Gerne wieder

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, hatten aufgrund der Temperaturenextra Hotel mit Klimaanlage gewählt. .Fahrräder durften nicht in Tiefgarage abgestellt werden, nur wenn man Autostellplatz bezahlen würde

Hatten kein Frühstück, da Frühstückseinladung außerhalb. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Innenstadt und Umgebung sind zügig erreichbar, Autobahnanschlüsse ebenso. Ausgesprochen angenehmes Personal. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ingesamt sehr gut. Parken ist dagegen zu teuer…
