Staff were great and even helped me with surprising my daughter!
Came first the rugby as we have done yearly and usually it’s very good. They usually have Eastern European staff who were great and helpful. They’ve clearly opted for cheap now instead of quality, the staff now are below par, rude and gang up on customers. Typical London now. We will not use this hotel again. Tbh they don’t even have water in the rooms! Cheap and dreary
We will definitely stay here again. We arrived via Kings Cross, so Archway was ideally placed a few tube stops from there. Directly near Archway underground. Shops close by if need be. Very attentive and kind staff. Whole place seemed lovely and relaxed. We all slept really well. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. A definite winner, thank you
The reception staff are extremely helpful and considerate and make the stay especially enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I needed a last-minute booking and found Sobia and Ajita so helpful. I think the personal touch makes the stay feel like being in a small family-run hotel because they really care about the guests.
Polite, courteous, thoughtful, professional. I was highly impressed.
The room was clean, warm and large with a new bathroom, it seemed, and a very comfortable bed.
Excellent Premier Inn. Right next to the underground station. Very good and helpful staff. We could even see The Shard from our bedroom window
This was our second stay at the Premier Inn at Archway. On our last visit in the summer of 2025, there was building work going on so the outside of the hotel was covered in scaffolding. On this visit, the scaffolding had all gone and the hotel looked smart and welcoming from the outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the screen checkout was very straightforward. We had a Premier Room and this was very clean and equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, small fridge and supplies of tea and coffee, more of which could be obtained from Reception. We didn't use the restaurant during this stay as we spent a lot of time in the city but we did visit a lovely local pizzeria about 3 minutes' walk from the hotel called Crudough who serve delicious pizzas - including offering a gluten-free base. Archway Tube station is a few minutes' walk from the hotel and there is an M&S food near the entrance to the station and a Co-op, Aldi and Sainsburys Local a short walk away. It takes about 15-20 minutes on the Northern Line to reach Kings Cross/St Pancras so a really convenient place to stay. We will definitely return!
Good evening!

The hotel generally was Ok but a little tired but the cleanliness of out room was not good this time we have stated in many Premier inns I've rrh years and always found they are good value for money
Karolina and Melinda the best service. Very good breakfeast There was very kind person and very polite. My experience in that hotel is good. I recomand to my friemd.
What a great experience at this Hotel. I have stayed at many Premier Inns and this was certainly the best of all the stays.
Location is great right next to the Tube for easy access into central London and Camden.
It was clean, tidy and welcoming. The staff were amazing and made you feel welcome and were very helpful. Bedroom was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was fantastic value and high quality with plenty of choice and quality food. Again the staff were fantastic checking everyone had what they needed and keeping the restaurant clean and tidy during a busy breakfast.
Recommend a stay here.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff were brilliant, very kind and friendly. Great location, right next to tube station. The breakfast was tasty with great coffee.
Fabulous stay at Premier Inn Kew Bridge.
Beautifully clean. Staff ho above and beyond at all times and the breakfast was 1st class.
Will definitely stay again.
Enjoyed my stay. Elena behind the bar was lovely and so polite and welcoming. I can't wait to stay again. Great location and very clean room. Friendly staff made the stay wonderful. I would stay again. Highly recommend!"
Friendly welcoming staff member Elena was excellent in communicating and helping with all our needs a very pleasant warm and smiley staff member, Rooms were warm tidy and cosy for my staffs 2 night stay
Visited this Premier Inn many times, always perfect. This time room was cold, and I didn't get my requested view AGAIN. Milk was off too.
We had a beautiful breakfast both myself and my kids, my kids ate all they could eat and it was free for kids, clean atmosphere, very comfy and good customer service
We didn’t stay in the hotel for this instance but went as walk in for breakfast at their restaurant. The food was not as well prepared as previous visits but I understand as I assume only few staff are there and cater numbers of guests, still though food was good. I’m writing this review to commend one outstanding staff named JENNY. You see how she tries hard in order to assist and serve her customers. It’s nice to see hard working staff like her and be appreciated in simple way we can.
Additional night in London after a two day conference, so we could do a nearby parkrun. Everything was as expected and we always try to stay with Premier Inn if we can.
Exceptional service throughout my stay. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful which really made all the difference. It’s rare to feel so well looked after in a hotel these days. Thank you for creating such a positive experience.
This is a hotel I always come back to when visiting family in London. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it was lovely to see on my visit on 4/5 Nov 25 that the scaffolding is at last down, the temporarily boarded part of the restaurant is reopened and the right hand lift is working. What more could I want? Well, the restaurant menu seems more comprehensive and meal options really suited adults and my grandchildren alike.
