Der Check-in war schnell und unkompliziert, und das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet – direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Parkhaus, von dem aus man die Heidelberger Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Zimmer war schön, sehr sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück war gut und für einen Aufenthalt von ein bis zwei Tagen völlig ausreichend.

The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a parking garage directly across the street, making it very easy to walk to Heidelberg’s old town. The room was beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. We slept very well. The breakfast was good and perfectly adequate for a stay of one or two days.

Cons:

Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, müssen jedoch zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind leider begrenzt. Wer besonderen Wert auf eine schöne Aussicht legt, sollte wissen, dass dieses Hotel dafür eher nicht geeignet ist.

Great value and position
Pros:

Half way between train station and city centre, so we could walk it. Supermarket on ground floor.

Staff were polite and helpful but I felt they could have been a little friendlier .
