Important information:

Approx 60 spaces, including 3 disabled bays. No height restriction. Ring hotel if guest has a large vehicle/lorry/coach as not advised to park at hotel but in lay-bys/car parks nearby.
Once in Dundee follow signs for A92 to Arbroath. Hotel is on the right 1.5 miles after Sainsbury's. When travelling south. Hotel is 7 miles from Carnoustie on the A92/North East Coast Trail. Next to the Bell Tree.
A deposit may be required at the property.

The only thing I would point out is the small self service shop in the foyer. A great idea and it was well stocked, however the prices were ridiculous.

Ein schöner, freundlicher, und günstiger Ort für eine Übernachtung direkt am Hauptbahnhof.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Einrichtung ind Frühstück waren auch klasse.
Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof - sehr praktisch um morgens sofort weiterzureisen. Bett komfortabel, die "Dunkel"vorhänge funktionieren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das einzig nicht so Gute war, dass das Badezimmer und auch die Bettwäsche stark nach Zigarette rochen und auch auf dem Boden teilweise Flecken waren.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man mit der Bahn anreist. Beim Frühstück war alles da und alle sehr frisch, nicht jedoch Espressotassen, der Zuständige war nicht wirklich freundlich und offensichtlich alleine sehr überfordert. Leider war bei so vielen Menschen auch nur eine Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb.

Cons:

Im 2Bett Zimmer und wie wir mitbekommenhaben auch im 3Bett Zimmer, gibt es nur 1 Handtuch, daher stehen die Leute Schlange, damit sie die richtige Anzahl an Handtüchern bekommen. Das ist eine eigenartige Einrichtung.

Nice stay
Pros:

Hotel location and cleanliness. Hotel is located very near to Dusseldorf station. Hotel staff is good and co operative. Breakfast was OK, but variety should be more as per the charges, i.e. EURO 17/-.
