I stayed in bognor Regis ican honestly say this was a most wonderful stay I have ever experienced the hotel was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was magical staff were lovely and great value for money will definitely stay there again
Brilliant nights stay fabulous food in wacky next door. Amazing cooked breakfast. Staff very helpful comfy beds & lovely & clean. We will certainly book there again.
Premier Inn needs to step up. There have been no real upgrades to this brand in years. Offering free WiFi at 1 Mbps is a joke in the modern world. Breakfast was good and the pub next door offered standard average food but at a reasonable price.
A nice stay at Shripney Premier Inn and a lovely Breakfast at the Robin Hood next door. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.
Excellent stay at Shripney (Near Bognor Regis). Very welcoming. Responsive, helpful staff. Lovely comfortable rooms. Could not fault our stay.
Helpful polite staff, lush brekkie, good sleep.... Great value!! Clean comfortable room, will definitely be returning!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
This is a good premier in with a lovely pub adjoining it serving excellent food. Large free car park. Super helpful staff who even posted to my home address an item of clothing I left behind in the bar 👍🏼😃
Stayed here for 1 night as going to a show in Blackpool & didn’t want to stay in town. Know the area as have friends live St Anne’s so knew proximity to Starr Gate for trams. Good option as free parking which wasn’t the car for other options. Immediate area a little run down & this isn’t one of newer modernised Inns but it was clean, functional & reception on check in & check out both lovely ladies. Very quiet so had a great sleep. Avoid the pub next door … only nipped in for drinks but it needed a good clean & staff who could be bothered!
Stayed at hotel because I was attending my sisters funeral. Booked three twin rooms online but was given three double rooms. Took a while to sort out. Had the celebration of life in the hotel buffet food and refreshments were good . Some of the staff could do with some training in the art of dealing with the public. Breakfast was advertised as cooked freshly, waitress takes order and arrives with breakfast for six of us in less than two minutes, bacon was dry poached eggs were hard and the premier sausages were definitely not premier sausages
We had a lovely experience. We had paid for early check in and were warmly greeted. Plenty of car park spaces. Our room was spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The bed was amazing with plenty of extra bedding if we needed it. Good shower and good size bathroom. Not far from the bus stop and tram station so good access to Blackpool. Very quiet just what we needed
All staff we met were polite and friendly. Check in was very quick and we got rooms opposite each other as requested (family of 4 adults). Rooms very clean, up to Premier Inn's usual very high standard. One room was on the airport side of the hotel, first floor (no lift) and we heard very little noise at all, only the occasional sound of the air ambulance helicopter being started up in the morning, which didn't worry us at all. View was of the airfield, no planes taking off at all, just the helicopter. Unfortunately we found on the first day that one of the panels beside the bed wasn't working (reading light, phone charger usb socket) so I reported it straight away, it wasn't fixed at all during our stay, despite reporting it every day that week. Being disabled, it would have helped to have a light beside the bed instead of having to use my phone light. Our second room was facing the front and was quiet, only a bit of traffic noise which didn't worry us. This Premier Inn is in a good location, with a Morrisons about 5 minutes drive away, where we had breakfast 3 out of the 4 mornings we were there. 4th morning we had breakfast at the Premier Inn, this was very good with plenty of choice.
Looks nice on the outside….
But that’s about it. The reception and breakfast room had been obviously decorated to a high standard but the reception staff lacked warmth and were very “professional” (almost detached). The rooms had broken sockets/usb ports. There was a lack of plugs near the bed meaning if you rely on cpaps you need a network of extension sockets (one was obtained from reception but treated as an unusual request?)
Room also had a lot of dings and shabby places (helpfully hidden by bins and things) but was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The shining star of this place was chef and his team. Breakfast was a pleasure, you were treated so well as soon as you walked in, cheerful greetings, a bit of warmth and friendly conversation and a genuinely lovely team. They were so efficient - that place ran like a dream and the food was fantastic. If all the staff were as friendly as them the hotel would be a lovelier place.
Typical premier inn. Decent enough room, and location a 10 minute walk to stargate for a tram. Bus stop out side. Best thing is plenty free parking at the hotel. Stayed three nights. Breakfast in the airbaloon pub next door.
Couldn't sleep all night due to unbearable heat, flashing lights positioned directly above the bed for some reason and all the noise. The breakfast service was very nice though, 2 lovely gents.
Really enjoyed our stay here at Bognor Regis. Very friendly staff and really clean rooms. Place needs a refurbishment but it’s still very clean.
A great hotel , comfy bed and quiet area. Staff friendly and really helpful at breakfast and in the restaurant. Plenty of parking , be aware no lift but only one flight of stairs.
Where can I start .. we were greeted by a friendly member of staff at check in and given our room .. our room was very clean and comfortable the only downside was it had a over bath shower and not a walk in which I struggle with having restricted mobility and chronic pain .. other than that our stay was very good but the breakfast In the morning was not great.. food quality for these places has gone down and no proper hot drinks machine in the restaurant and when I asked got told u can help yourself to the one by the bar but no proper hot drinks machine by the breakfast bar area and the cooked breakfast was rubbish and portion sizes were poor too both me and my wife won't ever eat the premier inn cooked breakfast again
Stayed here for the night as a family of four, just while visiting some local Blackpool attractions.
The room was clean and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only things that we could criticise with our room was the shower- the rainfall shower head was very loose, but wasn't a huge issue. Also, the heating/cooling system in our room was broken, so we woke up in the night feeling very hot. It would be nice if that was fixed. (Room Six)
The breakfast room was fabulous- the staff were attentive, the food was great, and the room itself was very clean.
Overall, a great stay, and somewhere we'd definitely stay again.
Thank you!
After a 10 drive and arriving at 1.15pm.i was told there was a £15
early check-in fee ,im 73yrs of age and thought it was a bit much to pay for 1hr45mins.
A little bit of leeway?
Not happy.
We have been staying in this hotel for the last 3 years for a overnight stay before going to Butlin's to break up the journey, We have always found the room to be lovely, clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful should you need anything.
We also always have breakfast the following morning and again no complaints whatsoever, my kids can be a bit fussy when ordering but the staff are so patient with everyone and the food is lovely.
