Premier Inn Glasgow - Cumbernauld

An outstanding stay with everything close by. In particular the breakfast was excellent as we had a school group and everyone was looked after so well by Marcia and Ahmed.

Despite looking a bit tatty from the outside this hotel was absolutely lovely. Parking was £3 a night, but I thought that was perfectly reasonable.
Amazingly the bed was lovely and soft. I think the first one I've ever come across in a hotel chain. It was such a change not to wake up with a sore back.
The bathroom had I nice big shower cubicle which was also a very pleasant change. Whoever has a bath in a hotel anyway??
The room was nice and clean everything was in good order.
While we didn't use the pub/restaurant it looked very nice as we walked past.
Check-in was nice and easy and all the staff we saw were helpful, polite and most importantly looked happy. It's amazing how much difference a smile makes.
We will definately be coming back here.

First impressions were not good reception staff a bit abrupt tell us we were to early for check in (25 minutes).
Room ok very clean a bit dated.
We had paid for breakfast £10.99 per person it was the best and freshest breakfast we have ever had in a premier inn! Congratulations to the chef and to Marcia the server who couldn’t have been more attentive. This is the reason they got the 4 star review.

Thank you to marcia and the chef for a great breakfast and very friendley service bed comfy, pillows need replacing. Room clean tidy.

Great location to get the 119 bus into town no need to use car and can get around easily on public transport

When we arrived at near 8pm we were told that we would be in room 8 which was down stairs ,on entering our room we found the window had been left open and the room was really cold .The room was really in poor state with paint flaking of the walls ,scratches to the walls ,some of the lights did not have bulbs in them (at bed side ) the carpets were really dirty and the bathroom like the bedroom had paint flaking of the walls and generally needed cleaned .
I have stayed here a few times before in different rooms and really had no issues ,it was as if these rooms had been forgotten .The bed and pillows were really hard making sure you had a really bad nights sleep .

I had a very good stay at Premier Inn Dartford. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Great value for money and a convenient location. I would happily stay again!

It was our second time. We love the location, you can easily gain access to major retailers and fast food restaurants if you so which. Rooms are quite affordable.

Our experiance with all members of staff was so welcoming , a special mention goes to the lovely Marcia in the breakfast area she was so welcoming with a big smile and a caring nature.
She was not just welcoming guests as they walked in she was cleaning after everyone she was making every guest feel valued and specia ,thankyou Premier Inn.

We had a family get-together and it was convenient for us all to stay at Premier Inn. The rooms were comfortable (although a couple of rooms needed airing on arrival) and the breakfast was very good. One member of staff, Marcia, stood out as she was so helpful when we were in the dining room. She refilled things promptly, explained the various breakfast options and heated croissants for us! Despite being very busy, she was very friendly and personable. She helped make our stay a very pleasant experience.
There was also a very helpful member of staff on the check-in desk. He ensured that we were happy with our various rooms when we arrived.

Very straight forward from check in to check out.
Room was clean and warm.
Marcia at breakfast deserves a mention - nothing was too much bother for her.

Great breakfast ably supported by Marcia and the chef at every turn. Superb customer service and attention to detail. Poached eggs were excellent.

The staff were very friendly at the front desk and Marcia and Alishba were especially kind and accommodating i would go again. The vegan bacon was not my favourite not the way it was cooked but the product itself. The bed, room was clean and tidy all amenities were there as expected, did not disappoint shower good, bed good but room was quite hot unable to adjust the thermostat. Would stay again thanks

Good service as expected, good cooked breakfast too and hotel manager is very helpful too. Great amount of parking round the rear of the property.

This was my first stay at this Premier Inn for many years.
First impressions were not great as after parking my vehicle I was approached by a man claiming to be homeless begging for money.
Check in was delayed as only one lady on reception with a queue of maybe half a dozen people.
My room was clean and comfortable and I must admit I had a good nights sleep.
Restaurant next door was decent for the evening meal.

We stayed at the hotel in Purley Croydon. The service was very good, especially one of the staff by the name of Marcia. She is very hard working, has a friendly manner as she chats to customers and was very helpful. I’d go there again.

Hotel was the noisy a couple of problems but staff very helpful breakfast lady Marcia is a credit to your company as I stay in many premier inns up and down the country she really good at her job

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Croydon (Purley A23) for a 5-night business trip, and it was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay after long workdays. The breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice to start the day right. A special mention goes to Marcia, who looked after us so well—friendly, professional, and always going the extra mile. Fantastic service and great value.
