Important information:

There is no on-site parking available at this hotel. Discounted chargeable off-site parking is available nearby at Ruskin Square (CR0 2NB), at £12 per 24 hours. Please bring the car parking ticket to reception to be stamped for the discounted price. Please note you’ll need to park for a minimum of 10 hours to claim discounted rate. There is a new one way system in Croydon Town Centre, directions to the car park from the A212 are as follows: turn right onto Bedford Park Road, at the end of the road, turn right onto Lansdowne Road, the car park will be on your right.
From the M25 take J7 to the M23. The M23 will become the A23 (Purley & Croydon). Exit on the A232 off to the right after passing through Purley, follow Croydon Town Centre signs to the roundabout, when approaching the roundabout keep in the left hand lane, follow signs to Town Centre (do not go through the underpass), turn right at the second set of traffic lights and continue along George St. Take the first left onto Dingwell Rd. At the next roundabout, we are on the left hand side with the parking on the right. If travelling by train, exit East Croydon Station and turn right, take first right and continue to the roundabout, the hotel is on the left.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Disappointed stay..
Pros:

Breakfast was good!

Cons:

We had bad experience in the hotel unfo. I left my AirPods in the room and wrote the same day we left the hotel and I had the signal and connection with them for 4 days more after our departure where it was shown that they are in the room left
But the personnel wrote us that they didn’t find them in the room. Very pity that somebody from the cleaning personal took it and didn’t give it back to administration. I think this is disgusting to use the left AirPods from the guests… who really can do it??
They wrote it was the next guest but I really doubt it as we wrote sharply when we left the hotel.
In 4 days there was not a signal of them anymore. It means they waited for some time and started to use them.
Really disappointed as never have faced this. Usually if we leave smth like this - we are usually given the thing back. In any country. Couldn’t imagine that can experience this in Germany.

Pros:

Pohodlné a měkké postele, přídavný polštář, pokoj čistý a voňavý, zatemňovací závěsy byly skvělé a dobře se nám spalo, poloha hotelu byla také velmi dobrá, ocenily jsme také rychlovarnou konvici.

Cons:

Jediné, co mi na pokoji chybělo, byla alespoň malá chladnička, jinak byla vše perfektní!

Die Decken waren für Winter gedacht, aber nicht für Sommer!😏

Nice hotel in an urban setting that was convenient for sightseeing.
Pros:

The location was near the tourist sites which was good. We didn't do the hotel breakfast since there were many places near the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Would have liked 3 separate beds rather than a double and a single. I was traveling with my son and grandson, so not a big deal, but separate beds would have been preferable.
