Important information:

Free onsite parking, including 2 disabled bays. No height restriction. No space for lorries/coaches. Please validate your vehicle registration via the tablet in reception upon arrival. This car park is managed by Horizon Parking.
Exit M23(J11), follow the A23 towards Crawley. At the Football roundabout go straight across. At the next roundabout, take the 3rd exit for town centre. Then 2nd right turn into Goffs Park Road. Next to the Goffs Park Brewers Fayre.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber.

Cons:

Im Bad sind wie sehr oft zu wenig Haken für Handtücher bzw Waschlappen.

Pros:

Toistamiseen samssa hotellissa. Hyvä tämän hotelliketjun hotelli, pieni hotelli pilvenpiirtäjien välissä, rauhallisesella alueella. Ostoskeskus (Skyline plaza) kävelymatkan päässä. Julkinen liikenne todella lähellä, helppoa mennä keskustaan. Löydettiin myös ns. paikallinen alue (Bockheim) kävelymatkan päästä, jossa hyvä saksalainen ravintola.

Cons:

Hiukan ahdas huone 3:lle majoittujalle. Sijauspatjat puuttuivat.

Pros:

Ontbijt was voortreffelijk, genoeg keuze.
De kamers zijn ruim opgezet. Personeel is vriendelijk en zeer hulpbehoevend.
Bedden slapen prima.
Ook na die tijd per mail is hun klachtenafhandeling voortreffelijk.
Alles is keurig opgelost en goed geholpen.

Cons:

We hadden een familiekamer, wegens kapotte airco is die een dag daarvoor omgeboekt naar 2 2 persoons kamer. In de mail stond, tegenover elkaar. Werd uiteindelijk 3 kamers verder. Geeft niks. Tot mijn dochter me wakker maakte snachts dat ze bedwantsen had.
Meteen naar de receptie, kregen een andere kamer gelukkig op dezelfde gang. Dit was wel op de straat kant waar je goed de metro hoorde.
Als tegemoetkoming kregen we de parkeerkosten voor niks. En achteraf na een mail hun niet goed geslapen garantie, volledige restitutie.
