Gastfreundschaft eher weniger
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sind schön und die Betten bequem

Cons:

Wir hatten wirklich Pech mit einer Mitarbeiterin. Wir kamen hm 14:20Uhr an, offiziell kann man ab 15 Uhr einchecken. Ich fragte, ob wir noch warten sollen oder unser Zimmer bereits bezugsfertig ist. Die Dame mit schwarzen Haaren und ukrainischem Akzent meinte dann: es kann auch sein, dass wir erst im 15:30Uhr einchecken könnten. Das hatte ich so noch nie gehört und fragte, ob das wirklich so sein kann. Sie wollte uns ganz offensichtlich nicht helfen.
Kurze Zeit später kam eine andere, sehr nette Kollegin mit blau-gelben Haaren und sagte, unser Zimmer sei bereits fertig. Da war es 14:40Uhr. Ich war wirklich sehr enttäuscht, dass Gastfreundschaft so unterschiedlich ausgelegt wird. Danke noch einmal, an die zweite Kollegin!wir waren seit 5:20Uhr auf Reisen und waren sehr froh, dass wir uns kurz ausruhen konnten im Hotel

Es war in allen ein schöner Kurzurlaub dort gewesen
Pros:

Die gute Lage am Leipziger Hauptbahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum. Die Sauberkeit und das nette Personal

Cons:

Das Bett war zu klein von der Breite, da wir beide groß und kräftig gebaut sind.. Aber wir hatten ein französisches Bett gebucht die sind so .
Für große Menschen empfiehlt sich zwei Einzelbetten zu buchen.

Leipzig ist immer eine Reise wert
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und damit sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, wollte aber statt Klimaanlage frische Luft. War leider ziemlich laut.
