Premier Inn Swansea North

Very good for 2 nights. Nice staff. Room good but prices differ a lot on the 2 nights.the Sunday was reasonable but the Monday was much more expensive!!

Clean and spacious room, as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Everything was comfortable and tidy overall. One small issue: the net curtain fell down when I opened the window, which was not great! It would also have been nicer to have someone at reception to welcome me, rather than having to ring the bell and wait to be checked in. There was also no one on the desk when I left either!

I opted for the continental breakfast, which was perfectly fine, and the waiter was absolutely lovely. Personally, I feel £8.99 is a little on the expensive side—especially when I don’t tend to eat a lot first thing, though I appreciate it’s an all-you-can-eat setup.

Overall, a decent stay with a few small points that, if improved, would make the experience even better.

The staff were very friendly and extremely busy .
The hotel seemed tired and run down.
The room was vey dated but clean the pillows smelt and we asked for replacements but they did not seem fresh smelt very musty.
The restaurant and bar was very busy.
The staff were so organised and helpful.
The seating area in the restaurant… the coverings in the seating was split at more than one table and the foam from the seating was spilling out and looked unsightly.

Nice cosy hotel, very comfortable bed, food in the Wessy was spot on too. No issues at all, would use again if in the area:)

Hotel is a little tired compared to other premier inns . Ran out of some items at breakfast and had to look for staff to replenish

Served on diner stinky meat like defrosted day before, on disgusting dirty plate. Avoid to eat in this restaurant at all cost.

A really enjoyable two night stay at this premier inn. All staff very helpful and friendly . Accommodation very comfortable and the "wet room shower/toilet" perfect. Plenty of parking spaces.....but make sure you enter your car registration to avoid a fine. Other shops/eateries close by and an enjoyable breakfast at the brewers fayre.

We have just stayed here for 6 nights .we had a lovely time , room big and spacious , clean with everything you need , comfy bed .If we needed any more towels we just asked at reception and they were provided .Extra tea ,coffee ,little milks etc always available in reception on a stand .Staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful .It is a great base to explore the area .Plenty of free parking available .we have stayed in lots of Premier Inns all over the country so we know what we are talking about .We would definitely stay here again .we had room 22 on the ground floor .

Visiting for the theatre. Great location with NCP car park next door. Great reception and check in from lovely staff. Room as expected. Very clean. Bathroom with excellent shower.

Good beds but had to open window to cool room which meant we were disturbed by nighttime street noise.

Standard WiFi is slow but did not upgrade to their premium package.

Overall great experience so would recommend.

Brilliant location, easy to find. Very helpful staff and as we were celebrating a birthday they gifted some chocolate as a present. Breakfast hot, tasty and constantly replenished. Definitely be back

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect there will be 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, and more than 2 coffee and 2 tea sachet’s. PI think otherwise which didn’t impress me. And no, I don’t see why I should have to ask for more.
Another good reason not to use this hotel is the high pitched noise coming from something alongside the hotel, day and night. And resulting in us being unable to open the window of our stuffy room.
PI no longer a good value option for us. I’d rather support an independent business than the penny pinching PI.
Never again. PI has lost my custom.

Checked in fine with no problem, later returned to hotel at 3am to be told guests were not allowed to stay ended up stranded with nowhere to stay after spending £90 for the room and no refund or alternative accommodation. Staff were rude with very little care, found cannabis in the bathroom upon arrival, will not be returning.

Booked a family room here for myself , 2 friends going for a night out , room was just as expected . Upon our return looking forward to sleep after a night out we were told ,we couldn't & couldn't get our bags belongings either !!!! £88 for a room this hotel wouldn't let us sleep in . No reason given no refund given , joke & total bs.....will be complaining to head office sept 25.

Once we located it, we were greeted with friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. All good! Went for a drink in the evening, bit disappointed by the frozen lemon slices??
Breakfast was excellent. Catering for vegan diet.

Good value night away! We stayed 2 nights, easy to check in don’t forget to enter your car registration on the keypad in reception. We had a room in the block over the road, lots of car parking. Room was clean apart from the bathroom fan and the hairdryer was full of dust. The mattress was so uncomfortable and the room was so hot. The window you couldn’t open due to being on the second floor and the air conditioning wasn’t that good. The corridors were absolutely boiling despite it being warm outside. We didn’t eat at the restaurant. Plenty of places nearby Costa, Asda if you need anything.

The whole place needs a good deep clean! Dust and grime everywhere, the sink in the bathroom didnt empty, worn carpets and the place smells of fried food.

Zero phone signal and couldnt even get the paid wifi to work!

Having stayed in other Premier Inns in the area this is by far the worst. Wont be going back!
